Only dine in. If you order to-go, they will not care about your order, skimp on your food, and ignore you when attempting to communicate. They said that they were out of tofu when I called, but hung up immediately after. Then acted as if they couldn’t understand what I was saying when I know they can speak English. Then they ignored my calls. They shouldn’t have took the tofu order if they didn’t have enough for my order.

The food is great!
However the atmosphere could use a little lighten up.
It’s a mom and pop so wouldn’t expect much
Service is ehh.
Food came out quick and hot
I got the P16
my husband got fried rice with shrimp and roasted chicken on the side

Great pho, it’s great that it’s open late. Atmosphere and service are good. Prices are reasonable.

The food is good but the DISHES ARE NOT CLEANED properly especially their drinking cups. I have been here multiple times and my last two times, both drinking cups were dirty. My boyfriend received a water cup with a lipstick/lip gloss print still on there and he didn’t notice until he drank about half the water. My water cup had brown/black specs inside the cup which I thought was the cup design until I swiped them with my finger. The food tastes good but I wouldn’t risk it with how they clean their dishes.

It breaks my heart forreal to 1-star this place. It used to be one of the best late night eats around, and I’m sure it’s the economy and supply chains that’s forcing it to crap, but it’s *seriously* bad now. Service was always trash but that’s to be expected. But the food is SO low grade now. Tons of missing items, low quality proteins, sub-par produce…the flavors were just terrible. The chicken was clearly cheap mutant chicken nor was it even cooked properly, the spring roll weren’t even wrapped right, and they don’t offer tapioca with their slushies or teas anymore.
RIP to a legendary pho spot. The world is unraveling way too quickly for my liking.

We love PHO 24! The Pork Spring Rolls, Banh Mi Sandwich, this original location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful with ordering. Open 24 Hours I think, great late night food!

I come here all the time, they have the most reliable pho I’ve found in Atlanta, the ladies who run the place are so kind and sincere, and the atmosphere is very low key.
This is a spot I have been able to go to at any hour no matter what for years, service has never been subpar despite the number of times I’ve dined alone- but they also have space to serve larger groups.
As an Atlanta local, I absolutely recommend this spot especially as a late night option.

I’ve been coming here for years. Recently I had not been back. I came around 8 pm. The broth was watered down for sure. I know this broth even when it’s a little light it’s pretty flavorful. This one was very bad. I wanted to complain and ask for a refund but I just decided to accept the Loss. Disappointed.

I used to frequent here prior to the pandemic and it was some of the best pho on Buford highway. It teeters between good and mid these days
Service has declined greatly and sometimes it smells strange inside. There used to be a warm feeling but it feels kind of like it lost its spirit
For late night it’s still a good option but I purposely go for pho before midnight to some of my other favorites.

A good choice among less expensive, mid-range Vietnamese restaurants.
This is a large, tidy, friendly restaurant. They called out to me as I entered and walked over with a big smile. That smile and friendliness continued all through the visit.
The food was fresh, generous and more flavorful than the other places around here. I had #C5, rice with pork and egg. The pork had a hearty grilled taste. And the egg was tasty too. I also had the fresh shrimp rolls, which are also fresh and tasty.
The restrooms are rough. Graffiti. Dents. Needs painting. Doesn’t feel clean. And this is early in the day, before crowds. Not a place for your 3rd date.
Again, it is easy to eat here with gluten-free and dairy-free meals. I’ll be back.
