The service was exceptional as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable meal. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a great dinner.
I highly recommend Jakers Bar and Grill to anyone looking for fantastic food and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes from their menu!
The soups were perfect and loved that they came with different toppings. We got the cap steak and the chicken alfredo and everything was very tender and flavorful.
I don’t often go for appetizers as I feel like the price is hardly worth it. However we were treating ourselves and the the tempura asparagus were pretty top notch! Definitely wish there were more included
The service? Excellent. Genuine smiles, sharp professionalism, and staff who actually seem happy to be there….rare and refreshing. You’re taken care of without being hovered over, which is the sweet spot.
Atmosphere-wise, Jaker’s nails the balance: lively but not chaotic, classy without being stiff, and chill enough that you can settle in and enjoy yourself. It feels like a place where both a good dinner and a great night out make sense.
Bottom line: Its good food, great people, and an environment that just works. A solid win for Great Falls.
For a $160 bill for two people, the food was mediocre at best. The wrong soup was brought out, and the zucchini—which was supposed to be sautéed—was clearly just steamed, lacking both flavor and proper preparation.
Service was equally disappointing. Despite how slow it was, attentiveness was lacking throughout the entire visit. I requested that the fan be turned off since it was 12 degrees outside, but that never happened. We also waited an excessive amount of time for the bill and ultimately had to go find someone just to close out.
Overall, the experience reflected a clear lack of quality, attention to detail, and care. Very disappointing.
When our food arrived I noticed my sandwich did not look like any prime rib sandwich I had ever seen before, but more like some strange Philly cheesesteak. A few moments past before I could flag down a random employee who indeed did confirm the abomination of a sandwich was a Philly cheesesteak. The waitress said she definitely just ordered me the wrong sandwich and if I wanted my order instead. “Yes please!” I replied
Once the sandwich arrived I took a bite of the baby food consistency sandwich shaped object in front of me. As my teeth sunk through the jello soft meat, I noted under seasoned prime rib flavor. I tried a couple of different areas of the sandwich and couldn’t finish any of it.
As the bill came and the waitress commented about a discount and whisked away our money I noticed she charged us for both sandwiches! Again I urgently got another employee to ask why we were being charged for both?
10/10 wouldn’t recommend
