THIS is the best McDonald’s in town, next to the one out on 71st & 10th… They care about your food and how it’s presented and done! They are very nice, attentive and I have not had 1 order messed up yet! Unlike the other McDonald’s here in town! I highly recommend this store over any of the other ones! ( except the new one on 10th near 71st)

There is one manager who speaks Spanish and English who is extremely kind.
Manager I spoke to today only spoke Spanish, wanted to fix the issue but they messed up again today so I said no it’s fine because I am honestly over it. I’ve gone three times and each time they have messed up.
Night crew gave me a cheese patty with a handful of onions, I asked for no bun. It’s laziness. This is what gives fast foods a bad rep because the workers are young and don’t care. “It’s McDonalds” yes it is and sometimes we have a day where we have to get quick food and it’s all that’s open.

I visit this location occasionally out of convenience, and unfortunately the experience is consistently poor. Orders are frequently incorrect—even when repeated and clarified—which points to gaps in training and communication rather than individual effort.
The staff appear to be trying, but there’s a visible lack of coordination and confidence. On multiple visits, food handling has felt rushed or careless, with trays nearly dropped or employees bumping into tables while serving. This creates an uncomfortable experience for customers and can’t be easy on the workers either.
What stands out most is not employee attitude, but the absence of strong guidance. Many of the staff seem young and anxious, and they deserve clearer systems, better training, and more active management support.
This location could do much better—for its workers and for the community—if management invested more seriously in training, supervision, and operational standards.

I’ve tried twice at this drive-thru. They take about 10 plus minutes to serve you the most disgusting mix of mocha I’ve had it in a McDonald’s. Undrinkable both times.

Honestly completely upset with the service itself, no employees acknowledged any of the costumers or greeted them as they came in. Had people waiting for over 5 minutes before they even turned their way. I was in there for 2 McChickens and a medium fry and that took over 15 minutes to get out of the kitchen. Not to mention my fries were not even filled at the correct portion size. Literally about half of my fries were there.

Very good service, they were very kind to me. I think that not always the employees have the problem if not us customers today went and there was a lady fighting with a manager that because she was waiting for her pai the manager told her that an apology but that they were waiting for them to leave but that if she wanted she could ask for something else the lady was very rude to the manager and I was surprised by the patience of the manager so sometimes the problem is the customers it is not theirs because they have to put up with so many rude people like that lady.

Has nothing to do with the actual place but I needed to take a moment and appreciate the gentleman how helped me get rid of a spider on my car while going through the driver Thru. He was really nice to start with and for him to be willing to help with that as I am absolutely TERRIFIED of spiders. He needs a raise considering he definitely goes above and beyond didn’t catch his name but I was there 1:44 am on Friday morning if that helps any. Thank you to that man!

While making my way through the drive-thru one time, I watched a bird fly into one of the PlayPlace windows and fall to the ground twitching, dying. I drove past it with my Big Mac meal with extra pickles and a diet Dr. Pepper, and wept. It died on the concrete wheelchair ramp. Good McDonald’s though, they always get my order right.

Erika R. is a really hard worker she helped me fix my order when I noticed I ordered a Fillet O Fish an not a Big Mac ant that it got mixed up she looked at the receipt and replaced it. Thank you Erika R. your a really good person

Zero stars for food as chicken strips terrible and very low quality. Zero stars for service as we ordered and paid for four strips but received only three. Tried to call but no one answered the phone so zero stars there too.
