This cook out has been SAVED! The New Manager Kendrick has made this cook out into the best cookout in America. The line is always flowing at a good pace, the order is always bagged correctly and the customers service is amazing. I’ve been there from insanely busy times to slow times and the manager Kendrick is always there working hard to make that location better. Kendrick’s Great leadership and attitude has rubbed off on his crew and it’s absolutely noticeable!!

Drive thru is rude! The man at the window caught an attitude because he forgot to give us our missing drink. And then after pulling off we realized one of our trays had NO sides and the other tray was filled with the Cajun seasoning (for an order that has no fries) and ranch dressing inside the tray as well.

The young lady taking orders in the drive-thru was very rude to my husband after she made a mistake with our order. When he asked for confirmation, she walked away from the window. It wasn’t a big deal to us initially, but her attitude escalated the situation unnecessarily.
Thankfully, Jeremiah stepped in. He remained calm, professional, and corrected our order without any issues. His customer service made a big difference, and we truly appreciate his help.

Staff members were rude and disrespectful, they (Baltazar and other employees) were more worried about talked to each other than paying attention to my questions and concerns. Was charged for “up orders” but never received the topping requested, also half of my order was MIA!!! Called customer service and talked to a nice young lady “Wendy”, She was the most helpful and said she would address the situation. Thank God we still have some people who actually care about the customers.

The staff were rude and unprofessional, the quality of the food is horrible, and they always get orders wrong. I was in the drive-thru and ordered a chicken strip tray with two sides. I leave the drive-thru and see they handed me a tray with only two sides and no chicken strips. I turn around and step inside because there were 10+ cars in the drive-thru. I bring it up to the person at the register and they gave me an attitude before they snatched the tray out of my hand and disappeared into the kitchen for 15 minutes with a line of people at the register. I eventually got my tray back and go home to eat my food. Mid bite into one of the chicken strips I bite into a bone.

Anywhere within a block of this place the smell of burgers on the grill will lure you in. So many flavors of Milkshakes to choose from and whichever one you choose, it will taste just like what it’s named. Many more things on the menu as well. Good amount of food at a good price

I’ve eaten here at least 40+ times as it’s close to home. It’s fast food but the quality is always inconsistent (bad or not great 60% of the time). I’ve always hesitated about writing a review because well…. it’s fast food. But recently they’ve decided to consistently mess with the size of milkshakes they are known for (photo added).
I hope management sees this and makes changes because you’ve lost my business and support. I don’t want an apology, make changes, get better, and I’ll naturally come back if you do. Lastly, although this is one review I hope you (management) makes changes because your business won’t survive without a least some quality! Oh, and quit paying for reviews to get your score up, it’s obvious. Thanks!

I’ve been eating at Cookout for years and the food quality and quantity @ the Pineville location is going downhill fast. Always order double onion rings and this is the fifth time in the past few months that my order was pathetic.
I really didn’t want to post a negative online review, but after waiting over 30 minutes in-line and then seeing my order, I couldn’t hold off anymore.
The second photo with my double (mini sized) burger and old grease fried onion rings was from a previous visit. I filled out their online complaint form with my contact info and received a canned email response stating they were sorry that my experience was less than satisfying. And to call their Customer Service number if I want to discuss it further. I was kind of thinking that I spent the time to fill out their form, the least they could do is reach back out to me.
I’m hoping this review will make more impact then their canned complaint form.
