***Update: they did a partial refund $22. Did not even cover that pizza cost.
*** not acceptable. I will start by saying my husband and I dine in at least once a week and love the pizza. Tonight I ordered take out. Two large pizza for $70. I get home and unload groceries and pizza. My husband asks me why there is a chunk of pizza missing. The sauce container was placed on top of the missing chunk. This picture is how it was. I call they said they can remake the pizza or I can get a discount next time I come in. I live in Guyton. 30 mins away. I was not driving back but was refused a refund. This manager needs to do better. No explanation was offered. We will not be back.

10/10 would most definitely recommend! We got to enjoy not 1 but 2 large pies from Mellow and one pizza was completely FREE! Such an amazing deal, great quality and overall taste was on point! Thanks to the staff for being helpful and friendly when we picked up our to go order ☺️

I love the atmosphere and decorations! The wings are served fresh with crispy skin and moist meat inside. The think crust pizza is delicious and it’s served fresh. You can watch the kitchen making it. Our waitress, Macy is kind and genuine.

Strange super-hero decor for a Mellow Mushroom. The pizza was great but not as great as I remembered pizzas at other MM locations. It’s super loud with all hard surfaces. Bar and lots of tvs and you can watch your pizza being made.

Mrs one of the greatest fellow mushrooms there are. There’s sauce on their Pizza is incredible. Their crust is unbelievably fresh and very risen. Fluffy light and delicious. Nothing bad to say about mellow mushroom. It’s a small chain from the south east and well worth the trip. Each location has its own theme. Worth the trip.

We went for the slices for lunch. The pizza slices were cold and bland. There were 2 other customers in the whole place. It took 2 BOH people over 20 minutes to bring out the 2 slices. The slices looked like 2 day old pizza with a topping and cheese thrown on it and heated up in a microwave.
Then it took another 10 minutes for them to bring out a cold sandwich he had ordered with a side of tater tots that were overly salted and peppered. Why the food didnt come out together is beyond us. One could have been working on the sandwich and the other at least fresh pizza. The fact we paid over $40 was astronomical. We are kitchen managers as it is and this was just unacceptable. The only good thing was the service by Payton.
The place was beyond freezing as well. We noticed a vent that can fall any time on customers ans something else sticking out of the ceiling as well.
I doubt we will be coming back. Im afraid any pizza i order will turn out this way. Mellow Mushroom use to be great.

Ordered a pizza for takeout. This was my first time at this location since moving from Florida everything here was great. Much better then the Jax locations. The pizza was WAY better. Great crust, flavor, portion and toppings amount. The service even on takeout was top notch. Friendly and funny asking about my day such a welcoming place! My new go to pizza spot!

Generally I’m not a huge fan of this chain but I have to admit this visit was pretty good. I tried for the first time in my life what is their closest version of the Hawaiian pizza. And well it’s not bad. Not sure I’m moving to Hawaii just yet but it’s ok. We got another as well and a few drinks it was a nice time.
