Aqui Cal-Mex always delivers, but this visit really hit. I usually go straight for their burrito, but this time I switched it up and tried the Adobo chicken bowl and it was fire. Perfect balance of flavor, hearty without feeling heavy, and layered in a way that keeps every bite interesting.
We also ordered two margaritas and they did not disappoint. Strong, smooth, and exactly what you want when you’re settling in for a relaxed night out.
The space itself is really well designed. The sectional bar layout gives it energy without feeling cramped, and there are plenty of little pockets and seating areas so you can choose your vibe, whether you want bar-top action or something more tucked away. Great flow, great food, great drinks.

They have a very extensive menu. You can have a main course, a small plate, bowl, etc. I like that you get a variety of foods on your plate. It’s a healthy combination. Everything is fresh and tasty.

Lots of tasty options at this dog friendly Mexican fusion restaurant. They have a full bar, but the Industrial strength margaritas with swirls are their specialty drink and I would recommend sangria swirl.
The food seems fresh and lighter than more traditional Mexican food.
The order at counter service and sit anywhere (outside with dog) setup makes this a quick and predictable spot to dine in the heart of downtown Campbell.

Good, affordable, and quick food with a friendly atmosphere. The inside dining area can get quite loud but it’s an inviting and social environment. They offer non-alcoholic swirls as well that are delicious.

The lady at the register even has a sheet that lists GF/DF/Sugar free menu items and sauces used in the dish, how cool is that! My salmon bowl was one of the best I have ever eaten in the USA, they also substituted corn chips to steamed broccoli for hummus upon my request (super cool). Hummus is tasty!

Food is always good here and prices are reasonable. I’m not a huge fan of the burritos is there a bit bland. Usually I’ll go for the specials like the salmon. Margaritas or swirls (picture margaritas mixed with wine or other flavors) are very strong and good. A bit noisy inside in the dining room. A nice patio outside but no heaters.
