I went to this location on Friday and my service was great. The young lady at the register was so nice. She helped me a lot. I am visually impaired . After ordering the manager told me take a seat and they would bring out my food. I will be back to this location very soon.

Not only the price is constantly increasing, but the portions are now half size then before!
That’s rubbing customers!
Boneless chicken breast was always an 6”/3” piece, a good portion of. Now two pieces of grilled chicken breast I’ve paid $10, and was a 2” x 2” burned , charcoal fillet meat! Half the size, and double the price! Disgusting.
Nasty!!!
And all Pollo Places ripping of clients!

This is my go to for a quick bite that’s affordable and healthy “with some modifications”. I get the 1/2 grilled chicken #7. I know this is a chain, but the people that work the drive through are some of the nicest people. I go to this location often and they always speak in a respectful and friendly tone. It’s a nice relief in a world where people are less kind than 10-20 years ago.

I ordered chicken well done, the cashier Susan, advised that for them well done means burnt. She then proceeded to let the gentleman preparing my chicken breast that I asked for them to be “burnt,” and never used the words “well done.” She was very rude and unapologetic about it.

What give zero stars if I could food was cold service was rude. Listen when you go in a Pollo tropical you don’t have very high expectations and if you can’t even meet those super low expectations you should probably close this stinking store.
