We found the atmosphere quite good for a hot day and a fair crowd of people. The misting fans made it feel a lot cooler than it was.

Staff was more than helpful, one saw us trying to figure out how to seat the 7 of us and came to our aid helping put two tables together. Staff in general area also helpful answering questions from us as first time visitors.

We thought our food choices were all quite tasty. Burger, Caesar salad, nachos and kids Mac n cheese. It’s definitely a little pricey as others have mentioned but not shockingly so. Certainly convenient if renting in Prominence.

The wife and I had a very good time here. Even though everything was overpriced. But still worth it because it was all very good. We enjoyed the live music and the game room also. We got there at 4 PM on a Thursday so we got good parking and got good seats. Everything first come first serve. After 6 PM the place was packed. Would definitely go back.

This place is amazing. It’s not only inside the neighborhood we were staying but it has everything you mey need. It’s a big plaza with dozens of tables to seat and eat. It has restaurants of many styles. All the food that we ate was delicious. It has clothes stores and even a candy shop. It has a small shopping center adjacent that has very cute clothes, shoes, decor even a nail salon. Many people come not only feom within the neighborhood but many come from outside too. There’s a different program every night and even a farmers market every Thursday.
We are so sad we are leaving tomorrow but if you still have days on your vacation you need to check out the Big Chill!!

My family and I arrived in the area last night and knew we had to check out The Big Chill after seeing it online. When we visited tonight, we were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of food options! From juicy burgers, hot dogs, crispy fries, and massive onion rings to some of the best BBQ and cocktails around—this place truly has something for everyone. The atmosphere is incredibly family-friendly, with plenty of space for the kids to run around and even corn hole to keep them entertained. It’s safe to say The Big Chill is one of the highlights of 30A. If you’re visiting the area, this spot is an absolute must!

This is a fun place to spend an afternoon- especially if you have people who like different foods! You can grab just about anything from BBQ to salads to treats. The bar is fully stocked and ready to serve you. There is a HUGE screen to watch sports- we were there on a perfect Sunday so football was on. There are also adorable stores to wander through, a cigar shop, a spa and more. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. There is a bike rental shop so you can start your adventure here, and bike to the coffee and doughnut shop, or a state park easily.

Very neat place. Clean and classy.
-Excellent cocktails!!!
-Great variety of food.
-Plenty for the kids to enjoy.
-Very comfortable seating area for eating and watching live music. Although getting a table can be difficult. Show up early.

Probably wouldn’t be nearly as fun when live music isn’t playing.

Very good place to watch the game. They have an arcade for kids. But at the bar the lady was bossy. The food was really good. But to order food you do need to download the big chill app. Lots of chairs and places to sit. 3 Coke machines! You do need to buy a cup with a barcode on it to get drinks. Tons of tvs.

Great spot to hang out and watch games! The staff we interacted with were awesome and they were keeping it super clean. Seems like it’d be a great chill spot for groups since it’s order at the bar and restaurant and get a buzzer to get your food. A few feedback points- The main screen has great volume for the games but they could work on it being a little better by the covered patio area next to the bar. Also, it’s 2024, let’s get at least one more nonalcoholic option on the bar menu, or a better one like Athletic Brewing or Corona 0 (they only had Beck’s). The menu was pretty good with food options at Duo’s- worth noting they had a veggie burger option and gluten free bun. The fries were great. Definitely will come back again to the Big Chill 30A!

DUOS is a big disappointment. And the fountain drink system is a bummer. Over $20 for a burger and fries and I didn’t even finish it. Some of their other restaurants might be good but DUOS was not. The staff at the three places I went to were not friendly. Almost felt like you were bothering them by ordering food on a random weekday. There’s a lot better options. The atmosphere here is awesome. Everything is very expensive and I would not say this place is autism friendly. Having to buy an expensive 16 oz soft drink, to only get 3 refills was a shock

One of our favorite spots for families. Great atmosphere, drinks and food. They constantly have movies for kids and live music and events. Check their website and Facebook page for calendar. Really enjoy walking around all the shops and enjoying a drink or bbq by the fire.
