It’s always a good experience until on the 22nd me and my partner went to eat there. Had a great dinner paid and tipped. The next day at 430pm I get a notification that 7-8 dollars was added on to my final pay at this restaurant. So someone went and added additionally money after I paid. I work in the food industry and it’s sad how people take advantage. Imagine how many other people that has to deal with this. Ohhh they also saying they can’t help me because they can’t even find my order of my being there. Anybody that uses tap pay knows all that information is on the app. No need for a receipt because it’s in my phone. Crazy.

My brother took me here with his family to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. This place is a hit for just about anyone, I think. First, the service was textbook- it’s clear the staff is very well-trained. We had an 8-top, on an extremely busy night, but the host got us sorted ina timely manner and our sever absolutely crushed it handing our table. The atmosphere is relaxed, cozy, but also fun and welcoming to an energetic experience. I had 10 traditional wings in the Hot sauce and they were delicious, enormous and perfectly cooked. Their drink menu is also great. Even though this place was picked by my nephew, I’ll probably come back to try some more of their menu items and drinks, myslef. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Checked the newly renovated Roosters on Olentangy Rd. Place had been closed for awhile due to a fire. I like the new look. Matches their other locations now. Anyhow, we were greeted as soon as we walked in, told to sit wherever we liked, and that someone would be there to wait on us shortly. Waitress was by to get our drink orders and took our food orders when she brought the drinks out. It was Monday, the special was $0.99 Boneless Wings, so I had the boneless wings and tater tots. I got the Mango Habanero sauce on my wings. Not as spicy as I’ve had in the past but still sweet and tangy. Even better was the fact that I was able to still use my Funcard discount at our table with the special. I like the new digs. The service and food were awesome! We’ll be back again soon.

I really enjoyed this location hanging with friends and just enjoying a night out with good food! Thank you roosters. If you are ever in the area , stop in and get some wings and be happy! I got my favorite combo meal fries & the buffalo chicken pizza. Which was phenomenal!

First time I ever eat here, I was passing through. They were super busy but we only waited 30mins and appetizers came out within 5 mins or so. Food was out within about 20 mins. We did not order a single thing that didn’t taste phenomenal!
I was worried their pizza would be too thin of crust since they don’t make anything other than that, but it tasted so good I forgot it was thin crust. It wasn’t a crunchy thin crust either, it was soft dough.
Their boneless wings were absolutely amazing. We will absolutely be going back.

Sadly disappointed with the food today! The chicken was soggy with feathers still on it! Also, tons of grease in the carry out container. Not the Roosters I’m used to. Probably won’t be back. Getting a carry out is a luxury for me, should’ve saved my $70! Hopefully it’s a fluke accident but I wasted my money!

We stopped by in the night around 11:00 pm for quick dinner when most the places were already closed. This is a casual, sports grill with a very lively vibe. We sat ourselves and ordered a bunch of wings. The wings were very big in size and a bit greasy, I must say. They were crunchy, hot, and fresh. We got Thai sweet chili sauce and garlic. I didn’t like the garlic sauce at the end. We got some curly fries and cauliflower bites as well. The cauliflower were not that good, and the fries were decent. Overall, the food quality was decent- nothing extraordinary.
