I love canes. I eat there about once every 2 or 3 weeks. I think their chicken is excellent. It’s fresh, never Frozen. They’re french fries are very good and they’re coleslaw as well. I normally take the food to go but this day we stayed inside and ate because of inclement weather. The acoustics inside the building are terrible and it was very loud with children screaming. Could hardly hear each other speak. On this day they forgot to add the coleslaw to our caniac meal. They made it right though.

I ordered a combo and when I got home, there were absolutely no fries in the box. I called and spoke with a Manager named Mathew who advised me that he would be able to take my name down so that I can get free fries for my next visit. I advised the manager that I was not happy with that resolution because I did not plan on returning. Manager stated he is able to do a refund however I would need to bring the combo back into the store.

Ordered the food through DoorDash. The food itself was ok (toast wasn’t really toast), but when I was 3/4’s through my drink I looked at it and saw there was a plastic bag inside of the drink. I called the location and they refused to do anything about it and would only say they claimed 0% liability for the issue since it was a DoorDash order. Clearly this is something that happened at the store, so them claiming that they have nothing with it is outrageous.

Stoped by around 1 and the line was moving and not too long.
I grabbed the 4 piece. The tenders were crispy and delicious, the toast was spectacular and the sauce and coleslaw pretty good. The fries are okayish- some places have better.
The lady asked if I wanted ketchup and added napkins.

I came in earlier today and everyone was so courteous! The young lady who took my order was incredibly helpful and friendly, Via was her name! The food was delicious and I finally made it when there wasn’t a line inside! I’ve only been to this location a few times, but I do always get excellent service at this location. The food and service was great. The parking lot situation is a nightmare and enough to make me not want to go back. The line wraps around the building and makes it so that once you get your food at the window you are blocked from moving forward. They need an employee out there directing traffic or something to make it smoother.

Best food and experience in quite some time. The chicken was fresh and crispy – just like the fries! I also noticed that the canes sauce cups have “canes sauce” imprinted – nice touch. The toast was also good. Tables were clean and the staff was nice – even cleared our table for us. Will definitely be back.
