I was a little nervous coming here cause of the reviews but im happy to say we had a great experience. Definitely not a cheap place but food was delicious. We started with calamari which was cooked beautifully. I had the lasagna with meatballs and he had a pizza. We then had a piece of chocolate cake and tiramisu. He liked the chocolate cake but i wasnt super hooked on the tiramisu. Service was a bit slow but you could really tell the food was so fresh. Over all I’d recommend this place for a nice dinner or celebration

The Bread was excellent along with the Olive Oil and Parmesan Cheese. The Cream of Potato Soup was very rich and the best I’ve had. It was a small cup but it came with the meal so I cannot complain about that. Very very good. The Fettuccine Alfredo was good. The sauce was amazing!!! Very rich and there was just the right amount of sauce served with the noodles. The noodles were just ok. Maybe because they were egg noodles and I might not be used to those but I thought they were just ok. I also thought the portion of the Alfredo was alittle bit small based on the price of the meal. Waitress was very attentive and the restaurant was pretty clean and decorated very well! They had Valet Parking and also parking behind the building.

First the service is impeccable!
The food is VERY authentic and delicious. Excellently prepared & presented.
We must highlight the minestrone, WOW, just WOW!
The atmosphere is staid and perfectly balanced, basically understated elegance. Wonderful venue for a date night. The “background” music needs to be FIXED. The loop it runs on is way to short & very repetitive. Please delete the foreign language/non-english version of LAUGHTER IN THE RAIN! The only rotten spot in an evening of perfect.

I really was surprised with the service received on my visit in September 2025. While there’s still a bit of that classy Italian vibe that I enjoy, the service that day just did not meet the bar/par.

My waiter was a bit slow and lagging in checking on me. There was a few mjnute gap at the beginning (I didn’t notice so bad!) to which he greatly apologized for, but later in his lag became more noticeable and to other parties around me – to the point where the table behind me almost got up due to waiting a long time for their check…

He, my waiter, perhaps has a slow day / but the food still met the mark.

For some reason the fan above me was on and was bothersome to me. Wish they had turned it down or off, it was chilly.

At the end the dessert was great but I did wait a great length of time for my check… need to fix that. Unsure if I’d visit soon, but likely come back / just not soon.

Extremely disappointed! I had been there several times before and was not always happy with the service, but this time was the worst ever. We were celebrating and had a group of 10 people and ordered pizza to be ready as it takes time to be ready. The servere assumed we were not getting anything else so she walked away.had to keep calling her and it took 4 times of calling her to complete the order. We got there at 12:30pm and food was served by passed 2:30pm because she would not come to take the order so by the time she came she said it was no longer lunch, but dinner. Then came and only took it from a couple people left and took forever to come again. We were supposed to get lunch prices and she charged us dinner prices eventhough they had given us lunch menus because according to her it was ordered after lunch time. The food was okay, but it the experince was terrible. I did not make a scene because It was the first time I was taking friends there and wanted to give a chance to the manager to make it okay so I paid the full bill. I spoke to a manager when I was leaving and she dismissed me saying she was busy but took my number to have them call me back. They called me a couple days later and promised a voucher for the family as an apology. Never got the voucher. Never got an apology. It is very disappointing because you try to give these places a chance and they treat you so unfairly. Mind you, I paid over $250 so you know the sever had a good tip from being a large group. I do not recomend this place and of course my family and friends will never go again.

How a business responds to issues, Speaks to the “PROFESSIONALISM” of the establishment and those operating the establishment!!!

I visited Palermo’s after a highly recommendation from the front desk host of my hotel I was staying in during my visit. Upon my arrival I was excited from the look of the establishment to the aroma of the Italian meals being prepared that filled the air. I get to the host stand and instantly I get bad attitude from the young hostess that was working the host stand, the manner in which she carried herself from the initial greeting to escorting me to my table. “I had literally just got off the road from a 10hour drive and was determined not to let this young lady ruin my experience”. I initially exited out of the restaurant and was about to take my business elsewhere, something told me “to go back in” I went back in and the manager and I think one of the owners (possibly) was right there talking to her trying to see what transpired. I immediately told them how she addressed me from the time I walked in to the escorting of me to my table. They responded with such professionalism and assurance that this was not how they operate or do business (without even saying it). This spoke to the integrity of this business, they didn’t deflect the accountability of what took place….They were PROFESSIONAL!! The service from my waiter was impeccable, the food was Impeccable and impressive as well! I had calamari, Tried the pizza and tried the chicken Parmesan!! My total was $101 after my Tip. I am a world traveler and lots of people look at my google reviews as I am a honest Google Reviewer.

To the young lady working the host desk on 02/06/25 Be mindful of your actions and how you Treat individuals, when Great companies like this put you in a position to represent their brand….you represent them wholeheartedly because you are one of many faces that represent who they are as a company. The image you display could be detrimental to everything they’ve worked hard to build!!

I want to thank the managers your level of leadership was UNMATCHED!! Thank You

Came here for the first time after being told by my former boss we needed to try it out! It was awesome! The food was delicious and the waitress was so attentive!! We are already planning a trip back with friends (we live in rural Indiana). Fantastic and definitely as good as my boss said!

Great dining experience! The staff was warm and welcoming. The caramel apple martini was extraordinary. We ordered pasta and it was delicious. The menu had extensive choices. Even the table next to us was talking about how everything was amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to family and friends. I can’t wait to get back and see if the pizza is as good as I remember as a kid!

My gluten free son and I visited one evening as he found a notation that they offer gf dishes. Their gluten free pasta was delicious and they will make almost any dish offered with it. We had the veal with potatoes and the Penne alla vodka. Their gf noodle is more of a rigatoni but delicious as I always eat gf with him. Note, my son does not have celiac, I would ask about each sauce carefully if you are, but overall they seemed aware and accommodating. Great service and the bread served on the table was fresh and fabulous.my son couldn’t have the bread. Ut i enjoyed it and rdered some marina sauce on the side. Will try a red sauce dish next time it was fabulous, perfect blend tomatoes and sweetness.

I had high expectations for Palermos restaurant but sadly, it was a very unpleasant experience. I ordered
minestrone soup that was very salty, pizza bread was flavorless and the sauce was too sweet.
Grilled chicken salad was fine.
But the worst part is the cleanliness of the restaurant bathroom was dirty.
Ventilation diffusers are very dirty i would say they never been cleaned.
And the ceiling as well.

I asked to talk to the manager. He did come to me and listened to me, but when I mentioned that the restaurant wasn’t clean ,he started having a bad attitude towards me. He mentioned that that wasn’t the right place for me. And that He prefers other customers.
