We went to OLIVIA on Saturday February 21st I want to start by saying how amazing this place is if you haven’t tried it you need too. We Came to Tampa for spring training and this is my dad’s and I go to spot! Food is spot on! Atmosphere perfect and service over the top! Thank you Collin for your awesome kindness and service. See you soon.
Day 2 :
We went to another restaurant for our last day in Tampa and it was not to our liking. So we called OLIVIA and they said they were fully booked. But we drove there anyway and Mai was able to get us in as she understood our situation. Our server Genesis was amazing and inventive! Colin rememberd us from the previous night and he came up to us and asked how we were.
Ps: Even the valet has excellent recommendations for appetizers!
Thank You OlLIVIA!!

100/10 place!! Planned a weekend getaway to Tampa and I scoped this place out from the Michelin guide. I love Italian food and this place did not disappoint. Our server, Colin, was super friendly and funny and helped us navigate a very expansive wine selection. The food — very fresh and delicious. The pasta was light and airy and you’ve got to get the apple butter for Tara for dessert — trust me.
Will definitely be back! A new favorite.

This is a great and well appointed restaurant with a lively vibe. We had the bread service and Cesar salad to start. We then had the rigatoni and meatballs on the side and for desert we had cake. Everything was delicious with ample portions. Service was good. The parking is a bit small so I advise to use the valet.

Had a business dinner with Italian colleague. Meal was really solid. We decided to family style the meal. Started off with calamari which was pretty good. We then had the mini rigatoni that was really good. Pasta tasted like authentic Italian pasta. Finished with the braised short ribs and that was an amazing complete dish. We passed on coffee & dessert but I would assume it would have been just as great.

Amazing experience at Olivia! Not my first time, but the time that got me writing this long over due review! Didn’t have a reservation this time, so I sat at the bar for dinner. Kaitlyn and Jared did not disappoint! I was greeted professionally and kindly with a smile. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. To top it off, the drinks and food were fresh and delicious. You can tell they use the best, fresh ingredients to make their homemade dishes. The lasagna is one of the best I’ve had! Will be a longtime customer!

First off the absolute BEST part of our experience was having Jake as our server he was outstanding. Only reason this restaurant didn’t get 5 stars was some of the food/drinks we had. The garlic bread tower was probably the main reason we would go back (in addition to Jake’s service). I also really enjoyed the arancini appetizer and the lasagna was a very good traditional version with bechamel instead of ricotta which is hard to find and I really appreciated. However, the ossobuco although was tender and perfectly cooked the “crispy” polenta as how it was presented was very soggy so definitely a let down. The lemon lobster fettuccine was delicious but the pasta to lobster ratio a bit off. Lastly, the cannoli filling was just bland and to me tasted like nothing. We had some mocktails as we couldn’t drink alcohol at that time. The best one was the strawberry fields one with ginger but not that good that I would probably just skip it next time. The passion fruit mocktail was extremely tart and somewhat sour and the strawberry lemonade was honestly the worst we have had at a restaurant. It tasted like out of a fast food soda machine. In general for us it was a 3 out of 5 experience but Jake just made everything way better. He was truly amazing!

OLIVIA in Tampa is such a great spot. The food was amazing, and I really loved the atmosphere. Everything was super clean, well lit, and beautifully decorated, which made the whole experience even better. I ordered the mini rigatoni and it was so good, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The parmesan potatoes are a must try, definitely one of my favorite parts of the meal. Overall, an awesome dining experience and I can’t wait to go back.

Fiest visit to this establishment as a result of being gifted a gift card for Christmas. Started with cocktails, wife had a peppermint mocha expresso martini, l had a Sicilian lemonade. Then had a meatball appitizer followed by a Cesar salad and heirloom mozzarella plate. Then for our mains wife had agriolotti and I had the mini rigatoni. We finished off with candles and the apple butter torta. All where well prepared and we’re very savory. Highly recommend restaurant and be sure to make reservations.
Only negative comments are bathroom size, had to wait for a toilet for some time. The other was the noise level, music was loud and when the restaurant was full it was difficult to converse, so loud my hearing aid shut off due to excessive noise level.

My husband and I come here often for a dinner. It’s an excellent restaurant. Yesterday, we threw a small bridal shower for my sister-in-law. OLIVIA was the perfect venue! The staff was incredibly helpful, from making the reservation to ensuring we had a table in the corner. We were even allowed to bring balloons and flowers. We all had a fantastic time!
