I ordered a medium fry. Asked for them to be fresh meaning hot. Here’s what I got. I didn’t eat any that’s how i pulled them out of the bag. They were $4! Somebody please help fast food restaurants. I miss the 80s and 90s fast food service.

my experience at at this McDonald’s on 50th and Broadway was terrible. The restaurant is completely empty. I’ve been sitting and waiting on my order for 15 minutes, while being ignored by their associates. Do not come here, it is a waste of your time

I received my food and checked it all before leaving (because this location is notorious for getting things wrong). I put the fries in my cupholder and completely opened the sandwiches before I realized they gave me someone else’s order (photo 1). I threw everything back in the back and gave it back to the window clerk, who immediately took the food out to the other vehicle (photo 2)?! Handing out food to another customer after it has already been served to someone else, especially if it leaves the building, is illegal. I don’t even want to know what this place does when no one’s watching.

The last photo is what I got when I actually received my correct order. How hard is it to put mayonnaise ON a sandwich, not all over the wrapper.

Good evening,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today.
I waited more than 20 minutes for my food, I was assigned pickup number 2, and despite that, two customers who arrived after me were served first.
Additionally, my child was waiting the entire time for his food, which made the situation even more unacceptable. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect and I did not receive what I originally ordered.
This reflects very poor service and extremely poor customer attention.
The time is 6:51 p.m. as I write this.
I expect a response and an appropriate solution.

If I could give this McDonald’s a -5 star review I would I ordered a sausage biscuit and gravy platter which is supposed to come with two whole biscuits and gravy but mine came with one biscuit and a tiny tiny bit of gravy. I parked went inside had to wait 37 minutes just for an employee to come to the front. Then I told the employee that they got my order wrong and it supposed to have two biscuits instead of one and you guys barely put any gravy on it she said okay took my food into the back came right back and handed it to me and when I looked at it all she did was went there and put like a spoonful like a regular spoonful of gravy on it and give it back to me. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for another employee to come out and I had to yell to get their attention because they were turned around and went to go walk back into the kitchen and when she came over I explained to her what the other employee did she said okay went back to the back grab me another container that had one biscuit with gravy in it and a little itty bitty bit of gravy on it. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been at.

I purchased a chicken sandwich at 2006 50th Tampa and I don’t understand how i got a sandwich full of black bread mold. This is absolutely unacceptable. How can an employee prepare a meal and not notice? Or worse yet, how can someone see it and give it to a customer? This is beyond disgusting.

I’d like to express my extreme SATISFACTION with this McDonald’s location. I ordered a Hot Honey & Bacon Chicken sandwich with a coke at the kiosk. Right away the General Manager called my ticket number and apologized for not having the hot honey sauce until the next day and immediately offered me a very similar option at no additional cost. Moreover, the level of cleanliness at this location is a 10/10. Other locations throughout Tampa and the country should learn a few things from this location when it comes to restaurant hygiene and customer service!

I literally wish there was a way to give less than 1 star. If your reading this take it as a sign to go to a different Mcdonalds. Your pretty much guaranteed to get your order wrong here multiple times.

Long story short
1 visit: waited curbside for 20 min for them to serve the whole drive thru
2 visit: the order was messed up. They gave me the default meal with the small fries when i upgraded to the medium fries
3 visit: ordered drive thru to have to wait another 30 min before going inside to find out they lost my order
4 visit: ordered a bacon upgrade on my burger, that was missing after i got home
5 visit: waited in the drive thru for someone to speak, while two other people that were behind me passed by in the other drive thru.

Mcdonalds feedback was able to make things right by upgrading my meals in two of the five times, but lesson learned- i won’t be coming back to this specific location
