I want to sincerely thank the McDonald’s employee name Logan, who helped me last night . I was ordering food for three people, including a man I was trying to help, and I had many questions while deciding on meals. He was extremely patient, kind, and respectful, never rushed me, and took the time to help me choose what would work best.
What really stood out was his compassion. He didn’t just take an order — he treated the situation with care and understanding. Small acts of kindness like this truly make a difference, and today he helped me help others.
Please recognize him for his excellent customer service and his good heart. Employees like Logan represent the best of McDonald’s.

The people at this location. Said we needed to have her phone with the order in order for it to show up.
But it was a mobile counter pick up order.
Is what the app said. So it shouldn’t have been a problem. For it to register on their computer.
They were un-able to service us. even though the app said the order was already paid for.

Went through the drive thru with mobile order. Got to the 2nd window to get food and was told pull forward.. which is fine thought ooo getting fresh fries. Nope. Waited 20 minutes to be given cold fries, watered down drinks cause the ice was melted by the time we got them, the 2 that brought the food out was not friendly. Worse experience and food was cold so what did I have to wait for?

Despite multiple attempts this location continues to dissapoint. The food receivedon my last visit was unacceptable. Fries weren’t cooked through. Beverage received was wrong. Wait time was 20+ minutes. Unfortunately I don’t think any of the other locations in town are much better.

This is the only McDonald’s I’ve ever seen that runs off their own made up hours. Every other day they either close the lobby or are shut down. Sometimes only taking doordash orders. Get it together or just close for good. Its a hassle to come here

Almost every time I come here, I end up waiting for my mobile order for 10-20 minutes in the drive through or when I go inside. They almost always have one person working both speakers in the drive thru, causing it to take forever.
