Has been going down in quality. Atmosphere is family friendly, the tubes in the play area smelled. Nugget sizes were inconstant but better than other fast food establishments, medium fruit salad $4.45 was terrible. Wrap tasted as though it had been sitting in the fridge for a few days, the cheese and lettuce seemed old. Fries were the best thing we had. lemonade tasted off, perhaps a new sweetener.

I feel when you order drive through they rush your order and don’t try to ensure it is packaged properly. This is now the 5th time I’ve ordered meals and the fries are less than half full. I’m spending over $30 per visit and can’t even get full fries. Please help this is just wasting money for already high prices. This truly sucks for this to keep happening all my fries in this order were less than full. Consistency is key and genuinely appreciated.

The chicken sandwiches are definitely pretty good and especially if you get them with a side of honey mustard. I also really enjoy the waffle fries. I like the fact that they have free internet. I wish they had a self-serve soda fountain machine in the lobby but there is free refills, you just have to go up to the counter. Today I was super hungry so I just got two chicken sandwiches and no fries but I really enjoy the fries every time❤ stop by get a chicken sandwich and don’t forget the honey mustard

I slipped and fell Nov 29, 2025 outside the Chick-fil-A because the sidewalk was not shoveled or salted during an active snowstorm. Injuring my back, wrist and Knee.
What made it worse was the two employees that were outside talking instead of clearing the snow with the shovels just leaning against the building. They watched me fall and laughed while I was on the ground attempting to get back on my feet.one of the employees afterward commented that he was “supposed to be shoveling.”
This was extremely unprofessional and unsafe. Guests should not be put at risk because employees are ignoring their responsibilities and then laughing at someone getting hurt. I hope management takes this seriously.
After four years of being a regular, it’s safe to say I will not be returning.
