We love cook out. Our burgers were great, but the hush puppies had a weird taste. I waited for about 6 minutes before anyone came to the register to take my order.

Went through drive-thru to pick up some lunch. My daughter told me about this place and said she wanted some. I found the burger really good but was not a fan of the quesadilla. My daughter got chicken strips and quesadilla and cheese curds. Overall the burger was the best thing, the onion rings were pretty good as well, really tasted like something from a cookout.

Cook Out never disappoints. The service was incredibly fast — I barely had time to pull up before my food was ready. Even with a busy line, the staff stayed efficient, organized, and professional. Food was hot and fresh, would be great if it didn’t take 3 times to get something made correctly. Everyone’s food came missing toppings that cost extra. Also came with pickles and sour cream in which was ordered to be removed. I wanted everything on my sandwich except pickles and the man taking the order sucked his teeth and impatiently put my order down for everything when I did not want everything. Some items got fixed while we had to give up on others.

Consistently gross place. I have been here many times over the years and it just gets worse and worse. If this tiny little piece of breading is supposed to be a tender its not pulling the part off. No meat in it at all. Others were over cooked. This is not the sides I ordered. Not sure they have ever actually gotten both sides correct. The 3 onion rings and plethora of fries were all somehow super hot yet gooey. The person in the drive thru was awful. No customer service just literally put his hand out for my card and then handed me food and shut the window. This is my experience every time I go so this is my last time going.

I honestly don’t understand how you get my order wrong when it’s on the receipt. I love cookout and the food is usually good, but if you can’t read the screen or the receipt and see it says cheese and onions only, you shouldn’t have a job. Will not eat here again.

Seeing all those Cook Out billboards on I-95, I was expecting more than another fast food burger joint. But it is what it is, which is mediocre. The burger and fries were completely bland & forgettable. The service was good and the western decor was ok. But if you are going for the food, prepare to be disappointed.
PS – I don’t get why all the billboards. Seems like a complete waste of money for a mid burger joint.

I was in a long drive and needed to stop for gas. I was hungry and this place was conveniently near by. And I’m so glad it was because I was thoroughly impressed by this establishment. It was immaculately clean, and had the vibes of my favorite BBQ establishment. They had a vast array of grilled foods which ate very flavorful and well concocted. Nothing here is obscure or gimmicky, just plain but done right. All the ingredients are crispy and fresh and the food appeared like it was made with care and pride. I think cookout has an edge over other drive through restart because they focus on service, quality, and customer satisfaction. Its very apparent.

This place is outstanding! Very clean and such great food! Restroom and drink station well stocked. Tea dispenser has the date and time of its brew clearly visible. The staff was welcoming and patient. With such a wide variety of meal choices that was helpful. I feel confident that this is the best burger place in Pooler GA.
