They say if you get me once, shame on you. If you get me twice, shame on me. So what do they say when you have been gotten three times? This place is consistently the absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I know, I know, but who does not love good Popeyes fried chicken when it is close to the house? Unfortunately, the only thing the Park location is consistent with is poor food quality and poor service.
Even pulling into the parking lot is a disaster. There are either a ton of potholes or they are filled in so poorly that the whole lot is uneven. I crack my back just driving through that lot like I am in a Jeep going over a mountain range.
As I said, this place is consistently bad with both food and service. The service comes with an attitude that is grimey for no reason. They are also always out of something, whether it is sauce, food, napkins, or utensils. It feels like the management here is severely lacking. I asked for hot sauce on the side and the manager said, I will give you one because we usually charge for it. I had not gotten any sauce at all for my wings. On my first two visits they forgot things as well. First time they forgot part of my food. Second time they forgot all my napkins and utensils. It is really not that complicated.
Food wise, the tenders were overdone and dry, and one of them was tiny. The chicken sandwich was small and dry too. The fries were room temperature and stuck together in clumps. Just look at my photos. Not even cooked right, and the oil tasted old.
I need to stop abusing myself by coming to this location. I have been to plenty of Popeyes spots up and down the east coast between FL and NY, and this is by far the worst. They need a serious overhaul in service, cooking, and training. And while they are at it, fix the damn parking lot.

Mya was so patient and wonderful customer’s service . She had a wonderful recommendations . I went to Jollibee first and decided i rather Popeyes & mya proved my point why. I know i can come here and get the service i needed. Thanks again im out of town and still consistent with the service!

This is the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The service was excellent—friendly staff, genuine smiles, and a very pleasant atmosphere. My order was prepared quickly with almost no wait, and most importantly, the food was spot-on. Everything tasted fresh and was well prepared. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Third time ordering from this location in four years. Every time a swing and a miss, not sure why I keep giving them chances. I rarely complain about restaurants because everyone has bad days, but their food consistently looks and tastes like it has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours or is cold. This past time the Mac and cheese was sooo bad (photo attached) and the chicken tenders were like jerky. Order accuracy is hit or miss. They have struck out for me, not coming back.

Sometimes, its all about just being a good human. I am a full time Mom, who works full time and is in college full time. I take one day and do not clean or cook at ALL. It’s my “Mom” treat. Imagine! Well tonight we were missing some food from our order. This was the second time today this happened to me at two different restaurants. I keep thinking with inflation and chaos that maybe the risk and the money is just too much for me to be treating myself and that it is too guiltly a pleasure. I was mad at myself and upset at the circumstance. Low an behold a young lady came out and stated that she thought we had everything in our order, that it was her fault. She apologized and said the food would be right out. That small act changed my entire mood and trust I was in a mood. I appreciated the care, accountability and concern this young lady had. She definitely turned my pms rage on a dime and put a smile back on my face. Your employee reminded me that we need some light in the world right now. It is real easy to let our emotions get ahold of us at the smallest of disappontments. I was cordial of course but on the inside I was seething before I spoke to her. Once the order was complete the food was delicious. I was very impressed with your employee. I will definitely be back. Please tell her I appreciat her.

I ordered two seperate takeout boxes containing three whole chicken wings and a biscuits in each. The chicken wings seemingly had been cooked and left under the heat lamp over a long period of time. They were very hard, dry and not tasty at all. The biscuits were also hard. We did not enjoy the food at all.

We sat in the Drive-Thru 45 minutes and I know they wanted us to leave because they couldn’t keep up with the online orders. So we ended up leaving. We try to get their attention through the glass to find out what was happening and it looked like a cluster disaster, we left and never went back. Finally she says after 35 minutes sitting there that they are having time with the online orders and have to get those done and screw us!!! Worst Popeyes ever on 436. They never gave us our chicken they totally ignored us.

Found hair in my food. I did notice that no one seemed to be wearing hairnets in that location but dang…. was not happy and was already home when I discovered it so I threw it out.. like if you want to raise prices. The establishment needs to also raised in quality. This goes for all fast food restaurants….

In the drive threw they said just a minute to order but 5 minutes later I asked if I could order and the person said there not ready to take a order there to busy so we left as we drove around there was no other cars and one person in side waiting to order. And very rude telling you there to busy so we left and went to chick-fil-A and got perfect service and food
