Was an excellent experience! Brought my mom and dad in for lunch and service was great! Walked right in and ordered, she repeated the order back to us to make sure (ALWAYS A GOOD THING!) and had our delicious meals out to us within minutes! I’ve always had great things to say about this McAllisters. The staff has amazing hospitality (making sure your order is correct, you’re getting the best deals, welcoming you when you walk in, etc.) and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. I did a pickup order through the app and received a hand written card. I’ve never gotten one from a restaurant before, and I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid. Though they don’t know that, it still made my order feel all the more special. Thank you guys for all that you do! I cannot recommend this location enough!

The food was good and service was quick but when I was in the middle of eating one of the employees came up without saying ANYTHING and took my food. I even made kind of a face in shock but she didn’t seem to notice and walked off with it. I have never had this happen to me anywhere ever.

This East Washington St McAlister’s has by far the nicest, most genuine staff and ALWAYS puts care and attention to the orders. Never had a so-so meal or average at this location. Staff, food, and ambience is PERFECT!

This is the best McAllister Deli in this city. Trust me Ive tried them all and this one always gets my food right, the service is always great, and the place always looks well cleaned. This is the only location I have never had a problem with my order or special request. They pay attention to detail and I appreciate that.

Was disappointed at the ultimate nacho’s I received…the chili and queso was mixed in the same cup…instead of separately as what I’m used to from other McAllister…other locations gives an abundance of chips with carryout order (maybe it’s the area this one is in) they figure it’s okay to be light on the shareable s..this location quantity for the nachos and toppings was very skim and disappointing…will not return to this location…first and last visit to this one…
Update…The location reached out and thanks to them for taking the time to do so…the meal was replaced…this time it missed the sour cream and shredded cheese…and the chili and queso cups no where need full and definitely not shareable..I tried..but it didn’t meet what I’m familiar with…the small bowl is about 6 chips and the chili and queso (none eaten, so that’s the amount received)

So I went in to pick up order. The young woman who asked my name I had to repeat it 3 times . Not that hard of a name. I get home no extra sour cream no x butter that I had to put in the app. And then no napkins and no silverware or crackers for my soup. What if I was eating my lunch on the road and not going home? Me and my husband would not of been able to eat our spud or our soup. Just letting you know for future references. And there was like 3 employees just laughing and not paying attention what was going on around them. I come there quite often and not happy with today’s outcome. Please share with all employees

This is the gang from work, some of us are retired and some still working there. We get together for lunch and get to talking and laughing it goes into dinner. This McAlister was so accommodating even gave us all a cookie we love each other and don’t get together often enough.
