Expect something burnt on almost every order on the weekends. Then, when you politely ask for a replacement they stare blankly at you. Not a great feeling when they make you feel like you are being unreasonable. Went back the next day. I paid for the first review. No condiments and no napkins and things wrong.

The wrap came with cheese
I pulled back around and sent it back
This time it came without cheese but also without pettuce but I was already on the highway

Zero stars on the food because it didn’t come how I wanted to even after a second try
Three stars on the service because they were relatively quick I couldn’t give them five stars because they didn’t understand the assignment
Four stars on an atmosphere because I didn’t see any trash anywhere in the lot but also I didn’t go inside the restaurant so I can’t give it five stars genuinely.

Went to this McDonald’s and ordered my food and left the drive thru without looking to see whats in the bag.
I was already about to be late for work so I ordered one of the combo meals and a sprite.
First off it was not SPRITE it was all carbonated water and no sprite.
On top of that I ended up with a mcdouble chicken nuggets and fries with cheese. I ordered a quarter pounder meal with NO cheese.
So I ended up taking the cheese off the mcdouble and drinking my flavorless sprite.
So disappointed .

The freeway was a mess.Big snow storm.
There young lady on the speaker was terrific.
When I got my food, it was a number 3 with extra fries.$15.88. I’ve been eating at McDonald’s for 50 years from California to Key West Florida..Hands down that had to be the hottest and freshes sandwich I’ve ever had ! When I took my first bite I was like what? Every bite was just as good and hot as the first one.
Congrats to all of you for being on your game at 1230 am!

This is the second time I’ve gone there after work at 10:00 pm. I sat at the speaker for 11 minutes before pulling off. Last time I sit there for 15 minutes and no one took my order. When I pulled around to where the window was. There was five people just standing in there talking and laughing. Nobody came to the speaker to tell us the systems were down or anything. This is the second time in a month this has happened. This is the worst McDonald’s on the planet

I placed my order correctly, but it was made wrong. When I politely pointed this out, the staff got upset — not because I was rude, but seemingly because they had to remake the item and waste the incorrect one. I understand mistakes happen, but blaming the customer for an error caused by not reading the order properly is unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment and correction would’ve been enough.

Please make sure you check your receipts before you leave this McDonald’s on alum Creek. I handed one of the employee, a $5 bill and my credit card to do a split payment on the order. When I looked at the receipt The entire order was processed on my card and the $5 was taken . I went back into McDonald’s I was told by the manager the employee was new and he didn’t know how to do a split payment but he kept my $5 anyway and charged the entire order on my card .They will scam you and keep your money And the manager will act like the employees don’t know what they’re doing but they will pocket your money. So please just make sure you check your receipt
