It’s all good but every single time I visit this store, they don’t have any honey for my biscuits. What good are Popeye’s biscuits without butter and honey? I’ve visited this store about 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months and they have no honey each time. It’s close to my job that’s why I go there.

They were very professional, very quick in taking my order,also very quick in giving meal! The chicken was piping hot,rice&beans was so warm. The meal was delicious!! I was very disappointed with the manager and cashier was unprofessional I was ordering three spicy chicken sandwiches and the cashier said they did not have changed for 100 and the manager he couldn’t change it and he said he had to go to back and get changed for it but didn’t try to do that, he just stand saying nothing..he did not look like the manager he looked like a cook and be unprofessional. even though I tried to order more food to make at least 25 To make it easier for them, they still gonna change my bill of 100 and manager not even apologize for it was not the first time I had a bad experience with the same manager I had order online and they forgot my chicken sandwich and when I call them to tell them about it he said I have to come back to the location but was already home I cannot give me credit on it Popeyes Gonna have to lose another customer I need to top it off when I went back and order after I look for in my car they kept sandwiches on the counter for a while before they give it too me I was very upset ….

Worst service, each employee I have encountered has had disgusting attitude, the atmosphere is run down and trashy, and worst of all the food tastes like old oil, the mac and cheese specifically tastes like sink water and is very clumpy. Health inspector needs to swing by and check this place out.

I visited twice this week, and honestly, I would recommend going somewhere else not just because of the food, but mainly due to the staff’s lack of professionalism. There’s potential for the food to be good, but the experiences I had were egh. I felt a complete absence of hospitality, as if I were in the wrong for even wanting to place an order.
In my first order, two items were missing, and during my second visit, the food was cold, and the worker was on the phone while packing customers bags. The employees seem too comfortable in their roles. As a 20 yr old I’m not exaggerating.

Pretty good fried chicken fast food restaurant. Usually I will stop here once a while for either a chicken sandwich, fried chicken or chicken tenders. It’s fast, it’s affordable and convenient. But for service I’m going with 3 stars because yesterday I ordered two strawberry cream cheese pies and they gave me two apple pies instead.

I hadn’t been to Popeye’s in awhile. I had a pretty good coupon so it was time to go back. The place was clean and the food was decent. My only complaint is that my chicken strips were only slightly warmer than room temperature.

The food here is always old. I asked for fresh chicken and fries they told me it would take 30minutes after i already pre ordered my family meal through the app. The employee then told me that “these tenders are actually fresh, they came out 5 mins ago”. i got my drinks there was no ice. I asked for ice and the rude girl with the glasses and missing teeth behind the counter said “IM WORKING DRIVE THRU DUDE!”. Got my ice from another employee, and the soda in the dining room was watery and very bad tasting with no carbonation. Had to have my drinks made behind the counter. I get home (5mins later) all of the food was completely cold and not fresh at all (probably over 2hours old and had to be heated up to be eaten).From the time i got the food until i got home was less than 10 minutes. The place never has fresh food and that bothers me because you’re paying the same amount for old food as you would for fresh food! This location is filled with homeless traffic and always dirty inside, the employees are very unprofessional and all have attitudes. For $50.00 you would expect your food to be edible!

My experience, the food was fantastic. The service was lousy. The manager needs to comb her hair and look a little bit more respectable and a little bit cleaner and needs to not come out from the back room talking like she did when I was there last week so the ambience to your store is too chaotic. There’s too many people. It looks a little sloppy and Service was very, very extremely slow, but the food is excellent.

Im never going back to this Popeyes!!!!!!They mistreat truck drivers. We work, we want a decent meal. I can’t fit truck through drive thru. It was 35 degrees outside lobby closed I went to drive through window and spoke to manager and told him I was a truck driver. They wanted me to stand in the cold behind all the cars that kept pouring in, I leftand Im never coming back. Without truckers you wouldn’t have chicken.
