Very, very sweet hostess. She engaged with us briefly until our waitress arrived. Our waitress was pleasant. Our food arrived hot and fresh. The portions were ample as well! We truly enjoyed our visit.

Wait times were extra long even when the place wasn’t busy, (around 6pm not even dinner rush). Half of the table got their food and the other half waited almost 15 to 20 minutes more. Drinks were slow to be delivered and refilled. Simple requests for leftover boxes and the bill were just not taken care of. This place used to be so good but has gone way down

Came in Friday night was sat quickly waitress took order we had ordered 3 appetizers as well as 6 dishes took an hour for the kids meals to come out my daughters corn dog was rock hard she had to pick the batter off because the waitress wouldn’t come over for us to send it back. it took another 45 minutes to get all our other dishes didn’t receive our app until the end after we got all our dishes we had to ask twice about our app before they finally brought it. Waitress never came and checked on us we sat with empty drinks the entire time. Very expensive bill for very lousy service.

Not a bad restaurant at all. The prices are pretty reasonable especially with the whole 2 for 25 dollar meal. But the last time I was there the waitress seemed to have better things to do than help our table. Either the food got rang up wrong or the kitchen staff couldn’t read. Other than that one time, every other time has been pretty decent.

MOLD! MOLD! MOLD!I ordered a lemon drop martini and water and everyone else at my table also only had water. There was black stuff floating in every single personas drink st my table ( party of 8-10 people) I was so upset that I cancelled me and my finances food order and we LEFT!! Our server was new so it was not his fault but it took over 30 mins for him to even START putting in our orders! My work had a meeting here on Ramsey street at 5 pm and understood it would take a while for our appetizers but the fact that he didn’t even put in any of our orders after 30 mins was so so so bad. We were all at work that day ready to eat after work together after our meeting.
Freaking disgusting and the server we had was very overwhelmed and could not deal with having a party on his second day. He has terrible service skills and needs proper training before going on the floor. Absolutely terrible.

Applebee’s after dark is a vibe, alot of booth seating. Food came out hot and fast. You really can’t go wrong with ribs or a burger and fries. Nothing fancy but chill and satisfying.

After driving from Dunn to eat at this Applebees, we were greeted and sat promptly. So far so good. We waited 15 minutes for our waitress, we had not yet been acknowledged by any of the many staff members that passed us. My husband went and asked the hostess about our waitress and she seemed clueless. A table was sat next to us after we arrived and received their drinks and their food. After another 5 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. Also staff members were on their phone. If they have time to be on their phones then they have time to check tables. This location opens at 11:00 and we arrived shortly thereafter. Immediately seated in the ba at a high top. Drinks within minutes, order two entrées, then back two work. Great quick service and the food was just as good. One of us had the Blackened Cajun salmon (which was excellent with kicked up broccoli with cheese. The other order was the Fiesta Lime Chicken, also fantastic! Will definitely visit this location again.

I had The Bourbon street chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes served on a sizzling pan. With a side order of lemonade. The silvered sauteed onions, delectable sliced mushrooms, creamy cloud potatoes was like a dream. The shrimp mounted the tender pork chop like chicken breast wonderfully. 1 ⭐
The restroom was fairly clean and documented to be clean 3 times a day. 1 ⭐
