Absolutely the worst location I’ve ever dealt with…Tonight we ordered thru DoorDash we got 3 whopper jr meals and a double whopper meal all the meals wrong nothing was marked and on top of that we asked for none of the drinks to have ice but yet still received all drinks with ice like just complete disregard to whatever ordered. Attempting to call the restaurant directly even tho we ordered thru DoorDash and magically the phone line doesn’t work and you can’t reach anyone. Just a horrible experience from start to finish

Karen at the register was great! The manager that was working was pretty rude and quite nasty to a man that only wanted a cup of coffee. Karen tried her best to be kind but also do what that manager said. It was lunch, and there was quite a bit of people waiting on orders, but the manager was hollering at everyone else that worked there was out of control.
The food was normal BK so nothing to complain about. Karen was great.

Burger King is great, the only reason I couldn’t give this location 5 stars is because on this day a shipping error caused them to be out of several items on the menu. For their effort and poise in dealing with the circumstances beyond their control I give them 5 stars for effort.

Headed into work, stopped in the drive through and ordered 3 double cheeseburgers. When i got to work and settled in i found that despite having ordered and paid for 3 doubles, they gave me 3 single cheeseburgers. Im stuck with the wrong order and no way of correcting it. Its not like they were busy, i was the only one in the drive thru. For those 3 burgers and a large fry i paid a little over $17, so you would think with how expensive the order was that they would have gotten it right. Never stopping at this location again

Specifically went for the SpongeBob meal. Their pineapple ice cream was unavailable. The burger was extra wet and soggy. Also ordered the buy 1 get 1 chicken sandwich, took 2 bites and tossed. The bun was soggy, the chicken didn’t even taste like chicken. The bacon cheese bites were great as well as the berry cake. Will not go back unless just going for sides or dessert.

I think in the world of today where everything is shrinking and everything is small except for prices the service was wonderful the food still taste good just what happened to the size of the burgers should no longer be called a Whopper should be called a burger

Drive thru staff are typically very friendly, but it’s hit or miss on the food (order not correct or food is gross/not prepared well). Picture in review of sloppy & lazy prepared food.

Stopped here today on lunch. The old lady at the register said to wait a few minutes while she helped complete orders. Meanwhile 20 minutes later we are still waiting to order our food. They decided to take everyone’s order in the drive through and just leave us standing in the lobby like idiots, not paying any attention to us or some of the other customers waiting. Meanwhile we only have a 30 minute lunch break, so we left and went somewhere else. Never coming back here again and telling everyone I know to never come to this location.
