Terrible staff.

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at one of your McDonald’s locations.
We arrived at the restaurant at 10:50 a.m. and were told that no orders could be taken until 11:01 a.m. when the lunch menu became available. Despite being present before 11:00, all customers were forced to wait, even though it was only a matter of minutes. Once ordering began, the staff immediately became disrespectful in their attitude.
After we placed our order, all cars were instructed to pull into parking spaces so the drive-thru timer could be beaten, rather than serving customers efficiently and honestly. This made the experience feel rushed, disorganized, and inconsiderate of customers’ time.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and frustrating. I expect better customer service and clearer communication from a company like McDonald’s, and I hope this issue is addressed with the staff involved.

They had 8 cases waiting in 8 different spots. The woman said and I quote “WE ANT GOT NO LUNCH FOOD READY “

Sense this McDonald’s has opened up they consistently have awful burgers. The buns are hard, you get the wrong meal altogether, or get part of your meal and not the rest of it. I understand it’s fast food. But this is a number one for bad quality.

The Manager had the most disgusting attitude Ive ever seen. All of the employees were walking around on eggshells. She was cursing non stop in a building full of calm customers. My order was cold. Cordially asked the cashier to remake it, whom was incredibly pleasant. The manager, after it was remade slammed the food on the counter and SCREAMED that she would not be making it again. As incredibly disrespectful as she was towards me and the other customers in the building, I felt worse for the employees. What an embarrassing situation. We all have bad days at work, but it was an abomination witnessing her lack of respect for any and everyone that was in that building.

Been here over 10 times over 6 months and they consistently give you half the fries that your Large fry box holds. Must be instructed to do so. Expensive fries so the least you can do is put the base amount. Better to just order a small for the same amount. Cant get the app to work here once but works everywhere else

Overall, it was a good experience. I’m very particular about the cleanliness of a restaurant. I see that an employee was mopping in an area where customers were eating and he did caution tjem, however, I would have waited and blocked off the area for safety reasons. Safety signs were placed but the words were worn out. Overall the customer service was great. Very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend they improve on etiquette and safety protocol to keep employee and customers safe. Lastly, why is the logo on the McDonald’s cup upside down? Not a good look.

I will never understand why people can’t be friendly instead of rude. I’m also wondering why they can’t read and keep up with orders so when we get home we have what we paid for. We all need to walk in and throw our orders on the counter and demand a refund! Or maybe a manager could step up and get his people in order.

Worst McDonald ever waited 30 minutes for curbside and stood, haven’t received my order called 3-4 times Somebody finally picked up I told them I have an order. They said It’s coming out right now Waited an extra 10 minutes. Still never ordering from here again.

0/10 would not recommend! Very rude. The lady had an attitude while I was ordering then was rude at the window THEN the second window got worst! I spent $10 on a meal and I asked for a sauce “ that’ll be 28 cents” so I said okay and she gone say “ and we only accept exact change” like rude AS heck! To put the icing on the cake, the food looks disgusting so I wasted $10 today. Please don’t come here unless you want to waste money!

None of the stalls had toilet paper. They were all clogged. We had raw fries. Friend got a burger and they were missing the actual burger patty. Hate this place so much.
