Is very unprofessional!! Rude!! And problematic!!!
I’m a returning customer always in this location, and I called before hand to make sure my order was accurate and she said she’ll make sure it’s sent out for delivery the correct way. I received my order with missing drink, & missing item on my chicken sandwich! She couldn’t do the bare minimum to issue me a sandwich only a drink, what a shame LOL!!! if you work under her or with her, I feel so sorry for you & hopefully she treats you better than the way she treated me!! But don’t worry there’s a God and highly believe in karma! She was just so rude! I contacted chickfila, hopefully she gets a report for speaking rude to a customer! And hope they have recorded lines so they can hear just how unprofessional she was. She shouldn’t even have that position! It definitely must’ve got to her head. I paid for extra pepper jack cheese and wasn’t on it.
Then when we pulled forward, a guy with an iPad “confirmed” our orders only to forget to send it through when a young lady with blonde hair/team lead had to flag him down and tell him he forgot to send it through.
After getting the order and getting home, my fiance opened his sandwich with the chicken missing! How did the person packaging it up miss that?
Overall the experience was horrendous and laughable.
This business has it figured out. They get the cars through, have made their drive up window a door so they can help more folks.
Bee was very nice and patient with me trying to figure out rewards on the app. Mercedes took our order and not one “my pleasure”. Oh well maybe she is not having a good day.
The food was hot, quick and delicious.
Customer service was friendly from the gal who took our order to the guy who was standing by the window and handed us our food.
The place was busy, which just tells you that Chick-fil-a is a favorite spot!!
