Is very unprofessional!! Rude!! And problematic!!!
I’m a returning customer always in this location, and I called before hand to make sure my order was accurate and she said she’ll make sure it’s sent out for delivery the correct way. I received my order with missing drink, & missing item on my chicken sandwich! She couldn’t do the bare minimum to issue me a sandwich only a drink, what a shame LOL!!! if you work under her or with her, I feel so sorry for you & hopefully she treats you better than the way she treated me!! But don’t worry there’s a God and highly believe in karma! She was just so rude! I contacted chickfila, hopefully she gets a report for speaking rude to a customer! And hope they have recorded lines so they can hear just how unprofessional she was. She shouldn’t even have that position! It definitely must’ve got to her head. I paid for extra pepper jack cheese and wasn’t on it.

My fiance and I ordered through mobile for breakfast. To start, the gentlemen asking for my order needs to improve on customer service or be trained better. After 5 times repeating myself and our mobile names loudly, he finally got it but seemed confused. It was quite ridiculous.
Then when we pulled forward, a guy with an iPad “confirmed” our orders only to forget to send it through when a young lady with blonde hair/team lead had to flag him down and tell him he forgot to send it through.
After getting the order and getting home, my fiance opened his sandwich with the chicken missing! How did the person packaging it up miss that?
Overall the experience was horrendous and laughable.

I’m tired of going to the only Chick-fil-A in Greeley and always being gypped out of food. I asked for a large fry so why am I getting medium fries in a large container? You guys didn’t even have the decency to fill it up halfway. Inflation is a real thing, but potatoes do not cost that much. Drop more fries and give people what they pay for it’s that simple. I love this Chick Fil A! I ALWAYS have a lovely experience. I’m a frequent customer and the speed is consistent, service is kind, quality of food and portions lacks sliiiiiiiiiightly occasionally but the team is always happy and quick to fix anything necessary. HUGE THANK YOU to the crew tonight who gave us an extra shake that was made on accident, it absolutely was the lovely cherry on top (wink) of our day <3

Can’t go wrong with a Chick-fil-A breakfast. Stopped on my way to a meeting. Not even busy for a Saturday morning.
This business has it figured out. They get the cars through, have made their drive up window a door so they can help more folks.
Bee was very nice and patient with me trying to figure out rewards on the app. Mercedes took our order and not one “my pleasure”. Oh well maybe she is not having a good day.

Went for lunch today during 35 MPH winds. The ladies working the drive through, with red fingers and faces, STILL met me with kindness and smiles. They even told me to stay warm while they were the ones outside in the cold. This is service you do not see anymore, and although they probably should have been inside they were still serving with a good attitude. And my mac and cheese smacked. 5 stars all around. Thank you!!!!

This is the least Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Incredibly slow drive thru service, forgets entire sandwiches in drive thru order, forgets other items in Doordash orders. And just now forgot the chicken sandwich in a Doordash chicken sandwich meal order meaning either I get to just not eat or I get to pay almost $6.00 additional AFTER Doordash credits just to get a sandwich I should have gotten in the first place. This is the final straw. I am contacting corporate tomorrow and seeing what it would take to get a franchise owner finally tossed – I will happily pay to acquire this franchise. The people of Greeley deserve a real Chick-fil-A.

The nicest boy took my order in the drive through during a big rush, his name tag said Dexter and that he was in training. He was kind but I didn’t get the feeling of him being rushed-while he was still fast in taking the order. Amazing service, love the kindness of workers at this location.

We just picked up 3 orders of waffle fries and chicken nuggets. They were hot, like they were freshly made and not sitting for hours under a heat lamp. The waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside!! The chicken nuggets were not in uniform sizes but crispy, juicy and tasty!! Dipped in our favorite Chick-fil-a sauce!!
Customer service was friendly from the gal who took our order to the guy who was standing by the window and handed us our food.
The place was busy, which just tells you that Chick-fil-a is a favorite spot!!
