Very friendly staff and clean building. The chicken is nicely crispy and delicious. It was my first time coming here and I’ve already recommended it to my friends and family. I will be returning as well. Cheap options, nice atmosphere. The tea and sauce taste good also.

I had thought about leaving a review after my experience today, but figured it wouldn’t be as impactful if I didn’t have a picture, but THEN I remembered that I took a picture to make a joke about people that like coleslaw so much that they would replace fries and toast with coleslaw being untrustworthy.
So here it is. I wanted to leave this review because I historically LOVE Cains. I eat it all the time to treat myself. This is almost always the Cains I go to and so I’m positive that it’s an objective assertion that the chicken has gotten worse in the last several weeks to months. I’m not sure if it’s just this location as I’ve not tried others lately, but at least the last 3-5 times I’ve gone the chicken has either been overcooked to the point that it’s dried out or they changed the chicken supplier and it’s gristly. I can’t tell which it is yet.
Also, their app doesn’t import passwords from password managers, which is incredibly irritating. I’ve “Forgot My Password” every time I’ve used the app. I understand that this is user error and that I could make this work in way less time than the time I’ve spent resetting passwords over time, but it’s almost 2026. Just import my thoughts into the internet and export chicken to my mouth. We don’t need all the middle man stuff.

I’ve eaten at this location many times, always been delicious. Tonight I was disappointed the strips were so so very small like 2 inches at best and not crispy, almost under cooked. For the price we pay they need to do better!!! The girl that handed me my food was rude.

Im leaving this review to say that its very unprofessional for you to allow your staff to take off their uniform shirts in front of customers especially when its only a sports bra underneath the uniform. Kids eat here and it was near the registers where the camers are. Only my 2nd time at this location and im not coming back to this location. The chicken was extremely smaller than usual and had more tenders . Other location I got never had this issue.

This place is a joke. Waited 25 min for a meal at 4:30 pm (not rush hour) which to me is just weird bc you’ve got 2 items to your menu. Paid $18 for the caniac and the whole thing was just half-assed. Hardly any fries, chicken fingers were tiny, my soda was 75% ice. I feel like I got scammed and won’t be coming back. This location especially stinks. It’s not hard guys

Order accuracy sucks when doing delivery. They forgot one of my kids meals and drinks. The dasher went back for the drink but didnt know the meal was missing. Our drinks were wrong too. It is not hard to make sure everything is there. Doordash wont refund me for it either.

Great chicken. Always consistent in quality. They will prepare their fries to be extra crispy if you ask and I feel like they are better being crisper.

One of the better Canes I’ve been too. Staff were nice and we didn’t wait long. Fries were not as crispy but that could be due to the moisture inside the Styrofoam box. Overall, I would go back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 3rd time I have came here hoping it would be better than the last and this time I sat in the lobby with my wife, the guy who took our order was talking to someone else the entire time and we kept having to repeat ourselves. We went to get a table and every single table was dirty but there was 5 employees just standing there? And I asked them to clean some tables so we could sit down and they sighed and went to wipe them off. Then we got our food and they forgot a toast and my wife went to the front and asked a lady for the extra toast we had paid for and she gave her a snotty look and said “you shoulda got it” and we didn’t. Then threw a toast in a box on the counter and walked away. rude and unprofessional.
