Although in a very touristy part of town, this place surprised us with the food selection and quality. First of all, Brian was our bartender, and he gave us perfect service. He is happy for at least another day, as I type this, being a hard core Bears fan. He was efficient, fun, and personable. They have a patio and dining area, but we really liked our bar top experience. Brian elevated that experience. The wife had a VERY good Bloody Mary and I had the Fox Nozzle IPA. My second beer was a local IPA, Angora, and it was amazing. All drinks were solid. She got the souvlaki plate with chicken, and she was extremely satisfied with the product put in front of her. I am not the biggest Med food person, but when in Rome, I always say. I am a huge burger fan, so I got the Greek burger (with lamb instead of beef) with some fries. I got a side of tzatziki, along with my favorite thing in my restaurant life…HOUSE MADE HOT SAUCE. It was fantastic. Very energetic vibe here, and you can walk out on the docks for the fantastic view before or after your meal. Cool part of town, and we loved our lunch here. I would highly recommend this place, and see you there (the next time we are in the area)…

Artemis was recommended by two different locals so we had to check it out.
Food and drinks were good, staff was friendly. We got a nice variety of options and shared bites.
We ordered some fries cause that’s fun and easy to share. Of course most entrees also come with fries, so we opted for side salads instead not to over do it.

What a great lunch spot! I loved their chicken souvlaki and the fish and chips. The view from their outdoor patio is great too. They even played two semi-niche songs from my favorite albums during our visit. Silly but really helps make the memories that last. Give them a try!

Beautiful cafe. Loved the lamb breakfast gyro with fruits on the side. Greek Breakfast is another tasty and filling option. Tried Turkish Coffee for the first time, fun experiment! Hazelnut latte was the right amount of sweet. Enjoyed the lake view.

Despite the positive online reviews, my experience at your restaurant fell short of expectations.
While we were promptly seated outdoors and initially attended to without delay, the service quickly deteriorated. We ordered the fish sandwich, breakfast omelette, and fish & chips. Though the food was decent, it hardly lived up to the hype.
Once the meals were served, the attention to our table seemed to vanish entirely. We had to call the waiter multiple times – just to request water and coffee. It wasn’t a matter of being understaffed; the waiter was visibly engaged in casual conversations with other staff.
One standout was a courteous staff member who checked in on guests to ensure a positive experience. Upon expressing our disappointment, she responded professionally and resolved the issue, which we appreciated.
However, it’s worth noting that customers are required to pay at least $16 for parking before even walking through the door. For that added cost, such inattentive service is frankly unacceptable.

Artemis Lakefront Cafe delivered for my last lunch. My lamb gyro and fries were delicious. I like their special sauce for the fries. Also, save room for baklava because it was quite tasty. Thanks Maria for the great recommendations.

Okay if you compare it with “American food”, not even in the same ballpark if you’re comparing it to Greek food .
One thing they do really good is seasoning their fries .
Pleasant outdoor seating with the fireplace, but a buzzkiller if you’re asked to leave more than 1 hour before their (googlemaps) closingtime.

Stopped here for lunch before our boat tour in Lake Tahoe. Cool lil spot on the lake. My wife had the wings, I had the chicken gyro and we split the ceasar salad. Note: the wings were in a buffalo sauce. Didn’t really get that from the description. The service was pretty quick and the food was tasty. Traditional Mediterranean flavors. The staff was helpful. The views were great. They have an outside bar as well. Give it a try if you’re near the lake.

There were a few places to choose from in the area but we went with Artemis Lakefront Cafe. We ordered the fish and chips, calamari, tofu wrap, and their house burger. Everything was delish. My favorite was the fish and chips. The seasoning on the fish was really good and it was super crispy.
The ambiance is definitely breathtaking, lakefront view for sure. The weather was nice enough to sit outside.
The service was ok. Our server was nice but it took home awhile to refill our water glass and to bring the bill. But I’d come back here again for their fish and chips.
