The food was good, but the service was garbage. I have never been so disrespected before, let alone by someone I’m paying. There’s a male waiter who is genuinely the rudest person ever, and he thinks it’s a cute personality trait. If you want to be treated like crap, this is the place to grab a bite. But, I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Bartender terrible took my order for food, and my friend said he wasn’t ready yet. She said no problem, I’ll be back 8 minutes later, she came back with my salad. Then left and came back and took my friends order. 15 minutes later, he got his burger. I’ll just say if you don’t like your job, get the hell out the bartender business and go sit behind a desk. She had a terrible attitude.

While I’ve always loved Chilis, my family has (thankfully) made it our regular go-to over the past six months or so. Every time, we’ve had fantastic service.
I love when the service is friendly and makes good conversation, but doesn’t linger. Like, talk to us but let us eat, yanno? Every server we’ve had here does that perfectly.
Last night we were served by Ashlyn, who was DOPE. We were well taken care of, and even on a busy Saturday night, she could engage in conversation without giving off any busy server energy.
I’m sure she had one table just sat, one waiting for their check, one needing refills, and one needing ranch- but she still made us feel like we were the only table she had. As a former server/bartender, I appreciate that so much- it’s the little things (even if she didn’t help my “no snakes in the house” rule after bonding with my daughter over her love for snakes).
The food is always delicious. I get the same thing every time (and at every Chilis) and it’s always consistent.
My only complaint (for all Chilis) is that the drinks are always too corporate consistent- maybe do a little free pour every now and then and make those drinks a little stronger. Live your best bartender lives.

My parents are currently visiting Lynchburg and we were craving for Chili’s. Although this is the only Chili’s here, it didn’t disappoint. Great service and the place was clean. Highly recommended!

We came here last minute on a Friday night looking so busy that you had to park next door. We expected to wait a bit since it was so packed but within 30 seconds we went from a warm welcome from the hosts to being seated, pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was packed and busy yet a the staff was on it, fast, friendly, and consistent. Our server Alexandria was a rockstar, attentive, friendly, and got our order fast and 100% accurate despite having a huge section. We sat there in awe as we witnessed every member of the staff just killing it with delivery, accuracy, and kindness. We were in and out in less than an hour with some fantastic service, food, and quality. Whatever this location is doing is working. Thank you for a wonderful experience and surprise and please acknowledge how awesome Alexandria is overall.

Big thank you to the server last night who assisted my husband and I around 9pm. We were so tired from the week and the long drive and she was very caring. Asked if we needed sparkling water with lime and suggested salt to bring us back. By the end of our meal we were feeling so much better.
