I came to this location on 02/11/26. There was a young lady named Kayla who took my order. This young lady’s customer service was very impressive. Kayla should be managing the store & training. If more McDonald’s employees were amazing as she was this corporation would be great. Keep up the great work Kayla, you’ll be in the corporate world soon.

Hey guys, I must say this was an pleseant experience. I don’t eat the food. I took my daughter, we went in and ordered on the kiosk, but the customer service was really good. The young lady brought our food out to us and greeted us. There was a bit of a weight, but the food was hot. Hot. I don’t get too many great experiences at McDonald’s, but this was a good one.

I asked for a cup to put my cone in…i was told no they can’t give me a drink cup or a Sundae cup because they pay for everything and I have to buy something else to get the cup….I didn’t want ice cream in a cup but seeing I my cream was made a cup was needed. Horrible service…

One of the most unprofessional, unorganized mcdonald’s i’ve been to. Don’t recommend coming here unless you have no choice, the managers messed up our orders and we tried explaining but we had to reiterate everything ALREADY on the RECEIPT so many times. Using my pick-up code off the McDonalds app, I ordered the 99 cent iced coffee, and the Big Breakfast with bacon, to eat inside.
The friendly staff called out my order which they prepared promptly, even with a busy drive-thru lane.
I took my breakfast and coffee into the very clean dining room, and laid it all out.
Wanting to split my biscuit over the eggs, I held the top of the biscuit, and before I could pull the bottom from the moist, tender, warm biscuit… it had already separated from the top. The bottom bounced like a moist bottom might, like a trampoline bouncer right off the fluffy warm pancakes… then splat on the floor.
It was epic and heart crushing to watch.
Being the conscientious individual I am, naturally i went to get a few extra napkins to clean up my mess. I got most of it.
The breakfast is very fresh and tasty. The coffee strong and perfect.
I’ve been here a few times before, and just as happy each time with the food and service.
Thank you McDonalds staff!

This used to be my favorite mcdonalds, the gm kept this store in check at one point ….. now after moving and coming back 3 years later this place kinda sucks in the morning. Rarely are they actually taking orders and ready to go at 5….ill rather drive to oakwood now
