One of our favorite places in Las Vegas! The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly and the food is fantastic! Yesterday we enjoyed garlic, shrimp, and calamari, two delicious appetizers and both were hot and delicious! The servers are quick and friendly and ready to accommodate your dining needs.

Marc was excellent. Very attentive, quick, and on top of everything throughout our meal. Drinks were refilled, food came out fast, and he made sure we had what we needed without us having to ask.
He was also great with our daughters and made sure they were taken care of as well. Really solid customer service all around.

We had a large party of about 50 guests coming together after the loss of a loved one, and from start to finish the team at BJ’s was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Christina, who helped arrange everything ahead of time. She was understanding, communicative, and thorough, explaining all of our options clearly and making the planning process easy during a difficult time.
On the day of the event, our servers Cara and Monique were absolutely fantastic. You truly couldn’t ask for better service. They were attentive without being intrusive, patient with a large group, and consistently warm and professional.
We chose the buffet menu with an entrée (chicken alfredo), added an extra entrée (spaghetti and meatballs) and wings, and the value was extremely reasonable. The food was great and plentiful, but what really made this experience stand out was the people. The care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the BJ’s team meant more to us than we can easily put into words.
Thank you very much to everyone at BJ’s for helping make a difficult day just a little bit easier. We won’t forget it.

When I arrived I was seated immediately. The hostess was fine. My waiter was very attentive and his service (Payton) was great. The food however was gross. I ordered the steakhouse salad and nothing about it was Steakhouse. The lettuce was wet and none of the ingredients had flavor including the steak. It was internally the worse salad Ive ever had. I wouldn’t reco,mmend unless you’re older or like food with little flavor. I understand why there was NO PEOPLE of color inside. The food isn’t for those who enjoy flavor.

The food was great as always. The alcohol selection is better than anywhere else. Highly recommend the prickly pear lemonade and the hard root beer for those with a sweet tooth. The absolute best part of our visit was our server Marc. He was absolutely amazing. Not just the best server we’ve ever had here but the best server we’ve ever had anywhere. Overall amazing experience and we will be back!

Jordan was our server , she was smart , friendly & very knowledgeable about the house brews and cocktails. Her recommendations were spot on. The food was so delicious , and the drinks very flavorful. We most definitely will be back to this location. We usually use the location on South Rainbow. But because of Jordan , we’ll drive a little further and done on West Charleston. The evening was a true delight.

Had Marc as a server for the first time. Not an exaggeration to say that in over 50 years of going to restaurants, he was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Perhaps the best. Considerate, quick, detail oriented, very professional.
BJ’s would be well served to use him as a model when training other servers.

Extremely disappointed. We came to BJ’s for lunch with a small group (four people) and sat at the bar high-top tables. When our server greeted us, we clearly explained that we were on a tight schedule and needed to leave by 1:50 PM. She assured us this would not be a problem.
Despite that, two tables that were seated after us received their food first. When we finally asked for an update, our server said our food was “being plated right now.” At that point, with only five minutes left, I asked that the food be packed to go since we no longer had time to eat.
By the time our deadline hit, we still had nothing. We went to the bar to let the bartender know we had to leave and asked that our server be informed. It was obvious something had gone wrong, yet no one acknowledged the situation, apologized, or made any effort to fix it.
What made it worse was hearing the waitstaff talking about us as we were leaving, as if we were the problem. We were not rude, we were patient, and the restaurant was not busy. This was simply poor service and a complete lack of accountability.
This was my first visit, and it will absolutely be my last.

The food and service were very good. We were glad we showed up. The ribeye steak was a nice cut, cooked perfectly. The broiled sirloin steak and scampi were very good. Sal’s Brewhouse Chicken was delicious, not overcooked like most chicken. The 805 beer was good and so was the Since and Hazy beer. Service by Shannon was also very good. Clean interior. TV’s all over the place showing sports.
