I got the 2 for 25 deal with my friend and got the ribs. They tasted bad and I was resilient to ask for something bc new because I was with a big party. The staff was so kind and replaced my meal no questions asked. The manager Troy said as the friendliest man I have ever met. He talked to us (my party) like we were human beings and it was really refreshing. Overall the staff was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Would recommend!

The server was very calm, accommodating, and quick at getting out order to the kitchen and back. As the first at this location, it was relatively loud given child events going on and felt considerably smaller than the dickson city location. Despite everything else going on, we were impressed by the kitchen efficiency and their handling of allergy accommodations. The chicken quesadilla was well cooked with onions removed per request, with no shortage of cheese or chicken, and it was well presented. The chicken wonton tacos had less coleslaw and balsamic glaze than expected but were still edible. There are few differences between this and the Dickson City location but none overwhelmingly detrimental.

I have just had the worst service ever at this restaurant. Three of us came in for dinner and appetizers. It took 15 minutes for a drink. The appetizers did not come out until after entrees were half done. They missed one entrees and one salad. Manager barely helped with comping one cold salty small appetizer and 10 off the other parties meal. Fries were old and cold. Server felt like she was in another world and did not even ask if we needed refills. We went to the bar to ask for drink refills. I love Applebee’s but do not recommend this location.

I got wonderful service by Valeri at the car side section today! There’s been a couple times where my or my sister’s order isn’t done right and she made sure they both were and she was super kind! Love her and can’t wait to come back with service like this!

I used the car side pick up service at Applebee’s and Valeri was great. She was really friendly, quick, and made sure my order was right. Pick up was super easy, and she was really pretty too. Overall just a really good experience .

After a fairly busy Saturday, we decided on a whim to dine at Applebee’s for dinner, and were pleased that we did. We arrived in the late afternoon/early evening and we were seated immediately in the moderately crowded restaurant.
Our server was extremely pleasant, and brought our drinks promptly, and allowed us some time to choose from a varied menu.
For appetizers, we ordered Brew Pub Pretzels and Beer Cheese Dip, and a bowl of tomato basil soup. The former consisted of four soft and hot pretzel sticks with the dip and a side of delicious honey mustard sauce. There was plenty of dip available even after the pretzels were devoured. The soup was also delicious and highly recommended.
The main entrees were pretty good. The 4-cheese Mac and Cheese with honey pepper chicken strips was adequate, but somewhat bland. I had to really mix up the pasta, as all the cheese sauce rested at the very bottom, and I didn’t even taste the pepper flavor on the strips, which had more batter than chicken. Once the pasta was tossed, cheese sauce was more pronounced and saved the meal otherwise.
The Oriental Grilled Chicken salad was decent, but unlike the pasta, was a tad salty. Strawberries were added, which fortunately offset the saltines, and again, turned out to be adequate. If there were a 3½ star rating, I would have chosen that.
Overall, the meal was decent, but some improvements could be made. We didn’t regret our dining choice, but with a lot of competing restaurants in the immediate area, we probably won’t visit again for a while.

It is in your best interest to send some trainers to this location. This is the worst experience I have ever had. 15 minutes to get sodas and waters. An additional 10 minutes to get the 1 alcohol drink we ordered. 1 hour to get the appetizers which coincidentally came after the entrees. Manager sounded clueless and overwhelmed. $10 off the bill really see what you can do for us. Didn’t get the salads till after everything was packed up. Second burger didn’t show up till after all that. Needed to go to the bar to get a Diet Coke refill. This is a disgusting unacceptable display of incompetence.
