I’ve traveled all over the States, and lived in multiple different locations and this is absolutely the best tasting McDonald’s. We get it at least once a month, sometimes twice. Every time the quarter pounder is juicy, well constructed, the nuggets are perfect crispy and tender. Fry’s 90% of the time always are perfect. Staff is great. I will actively avoid other McDonald’s around Atlanta to make it closer to our home one.

Line wrapped around the building. Line inside the building. There is no self serve soda machines so you have to wait for a refill. After waiting 15 minutes for a very simple small order. I waited an additional 20 minutes to get a refill. 5 minutes in I asked for a refill and the young lady said with an attitude, “in a minute”, 5 minutes later I asked again and she said again with an attitude “I said in a minute”. 5 more minutes and she finally grabbed my cup and disappeared for 5 more minutes. Honestly I don’t trust the lady with the soda and dumped it. 100% will not be back at this location.

I ordered large caramel frappe (1) and a medium fry. Almost being late for work I never noticed it was medium but what made me look was because it was leaking on my work pants because of the wrong lid. See pictures. Bad experience

Food was Soo GOOD… Everything, EVERYTHING was fresh and HOT!! Really have to emphasize on the hotness! Other locations I’ve had soggy slapped together burgers, weak floppy like warm fries…
I wasn’t expecting my fries and my burgers to be so hot and perfectly cooked. I didn’t even have to wait long for the food neither..
I was hungry wanted something quick to eat and I’m still talking about it the next day! It really hit the spot. !!
I had ordered a small sprite it was cold and perfectly bubbly, 2 double cheese burgers, fries and a spicy chicken wrap.. I’m coming back to this location again!!
I tried to call to speak with the manager to leave positive feedback as too many people these days criticize and complain never speak on the good stuff. Props where it’s due. !! 10/10

Visited this McDonald’s around midnight yes, late-night cravings! There was a little wait, but the staff at the window made it worthwhile. The guy ant the window was extremely kind and even threw in some extra fries for the wait. Really appreciate that care and friendliness during the late hours!

15 mins waiting with no cars in line to get a very sloppy burger. I didn’t think a McDouble was that difficult. The cashier at the window who took the money was awesome though! I see I’m going to be going to a different McDonald’s from now on if I ever go again.

Steer clear of this place!!!! Night shift was extremely rude after having a misplacement of my order. Stating it wasn’t showing up on their side and they were going to essentially “pity me” and stated they were giving me “free food”. Disrespectful towards my Spanish/English speaking partner, refusing to hear her and insisting I speak to them directly instead. and After all of the nasty remarks made by the manager to his other co workers about the situation, to which I replied that I would be giving him a one star rating for his lack of professionalism and thoughtlessness. It ended up that they bagged and sealed my order incorrectly like an Uber order instead of announcing my orders since they have the two orders on two different screens. Extremely rude and disappointing. Not returning to this location.

The counter staff was rude. One ignored me the other had zero customer service skills. I did a mobile order for the 1st time. I didn’t know if I put in a breakfast order at 10:25am I had to pick up before breakfast ended. I thought the food would be ready when I got there. She don’t make it close to 10:30am. So it didn’t go through, it will cancel. You need to get a refund. I’m like okay give me a refund. She said we don’t give refunds here, you need to go online. I’m like but why didn’t you say that right from the start.

They slow and had my order so wrong it did not make sense. I ordered a chicken and egg biscuit. It had cheese on it and no egg. The coffee did not have the amount of sugar I asked for. I know what I asked for and that wasn’t it. One napkin , no jelly, after I asked for jelly. Ridiculous.
