The great:
– Ethan, our server, was top notch. Super attentive and friendly.
– The fries are seasoned and insanely good
– The chicken tenders are tempura battered and so delicious
– The loaded red skin mashed potatoes are as good as any i’ve ever made at home
– The french dip sandwich was killer
– The burgers are hand made fresh every day and cooked perfectly to order. Very flavorful and a nice char on the outside.
The middle:
– Ribs were flavorful, but a bit dry and the portion was very small.
– Beans and rice were solid, nothing the write home about, but my dad said he would definitely order them again.
– Sweet potato fries were tasty but not as crispy as my wife was hoping they would be. Definitely were outshined by the regular fries.
The bad:
– I docked two stars for atmosphere for this. Don’t sit in the booths. The seats are awkwardly low and uncomfortable. For reference, Im 6’4” and the table was at my chest when I sat up straight. I have no idea how a restaurant owner could put these in and think they are fine. Avoid them. Ask for a normal table or a high top. If you’re the manager or owner of Sam’s, I’d encourage you to try and eat a meal at one of these ridiculous tables and see how it is. Really subpar experience.

We will absolutely be back at Sam’s next time we’re over in Murfreesboro. Highly recommend.

This place was a great choice. Our server was AMAZING. I changed my mind on my order and there was no fuss at all. She put in the new order and it came out a bit after everyone else’s but I fully understand i was just thankful there wasnt any attitude or rude services after that. She was amazing. The food was SCRUMDIDDLYUMPTIOUS.!.!.! I had to share with my little food snatched. #lol. Its been awhile since we’ve visited but We will absolutely be back.

Hubby and I stopped in for an appetizer and drinks. I was hoping for their Bushwacker, but they no longer make them. I gave the bartender 3 drink options and told him to pick, the Peach Cosmopolitan was his choice. It was an excellent choice! This would definitely be the place to come to watch the games thos football season.

This is the most upbeat friendly restaurant we have ever visited. You feel like family as you are always greeted with a smile. The food- oh my there are not enough words to express how great it is. We absolutely love the wings, burgers, French dip, pizza and corned beef sandwich. From the hosts, bartenders, to the management they are amazing!!! It does mean a lot when the management comes around and thanks you for dining there. We love Sam’s place.

The service was fantastic by our server, he stayed attentive throughout our visit and we didn’t even have to ask for drink refills, he just kept bringing them. His effort definitely reflected in our tip.
The food came out quick too.
The chicken wings were good size – their hottest sauce had a nice kick.
The spinach dip was okay, nothing special.
The kids burgers were pretty standard.
The french fries though were crispy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside, YUM!
Would recommend and return.

Food and service was really good. We did actually enjoy our time eating at Sam’s. The only disappointment was trying to sit outside 6:30 in the evening while landscapers were blowing and trimming was just unfortunate timing for us. Definitely recommend enjoying an evening here

Was thoroughly pleased with the presentation of the plates and quality of the food. Service from the server was great. Also like the unique Aeronautics decor.

The spinach and artichoke dip is pretty good. It’s creamy and cheesy. The chips are very crunchy. The chicken tenders looked crispy, but they’re soft and have a mushy texture. They were not very flavorful. I wouldn’t get them again. The onion rings were crispy and tasty. The ranch and honey mustard were both good. My family had the kitchen sink pizza and pepperoni pizza. They enjoyed both.
