This used to be my favorite spot for custards and other foods. Sadly, not once, but every time that I’ve ordered a custard they blend the toppings to the point where you can’t tell what’s in it. The texture of their custard is more like that of a milk shake. The portions are ridiculous, containers are already small, then they only fill them halfway. Well I’ve posted pics, perhaps they can convey more than my words.

Ordering during busy lunch was fine.
Meal delivered to our table was reasonable but French fries were cold. Burgers were good and shakes were great! Ketchup dispensers were broken. Overall…I would go back.

Food taste great! Burger had a full flavor and all the toppings were fresh and added to it. The atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable, you could here talking but voices didn’t carry even though my son was loud…lol

Vegetarians beware! Culvers cook their harvest veggie burgers on the same grill as their other burgers. You can smell it and taste it. This particular location said they would “clean off” the section of grill where they fried the veggie burger. However both the veggie burger, fries and onion rings were served lukewarm. Don’t think I’ll be eating at Culver’s anymore

Where has Culver’s been all my life?! Truly one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food chain.
Dare I say, they are the new reigning champions for exemplary customer service.
The burgers are to die for! How can you beat a butter burger? You can’t. It’s impossible.
And the custard? Forget about it. So creamy and refreshing and smooth.
The pretzel bites were really good as well, and fun to eat!
The bathroom was very clean also, which is always appreciated.
I don’t want to even put Culver’s in the “fast food” category because of just how fantastic they are. They are the new standard.

Although the food was good, I was still forced to wait in a 6-car queue after ordering just a salad. I get the impression that you’re asked to pull up and wait regardless of what you order. Not a big fan of that, personally.

Food was nasty. I have eaten at several Culver’s in the past and this is the only one I will not return to. Overall the facility was clean except the floor. I ate had the mushroom and Swiss. Besides being very greasy it only had 5 mushroom pieces. The fries tasted like old grease. My daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger which was also dripping with grease. She said the bacon was cold and chewy.

They were definitely super duper busy today. For a restaurant that is new to this area I have heard a lot of great things so I had to try it out myself. The staff was very pleasant and they had their game faces on today and sling in food out as fast as fast can be and doing an amazing job at it. For my first go-round I ordered their bacon burger which was absolutely delicious I love their fries their crinkle Fry’s and they were very crispy on the outside and soft in the middle which was amazing. Need a little bit more work on their sweet tea. LOL but overall an amazing experience very clean very organized and I will definitely be back.

If I could give them 0 star I would, I have been to this location several times but,this last year I have been 2 times in drive thru where they claim cooked to order and it has been awful every time.1st time food was warm but way over salted and over cooked could not even eat,and the very last time I will ever go was today the burger and onion rings were cold not warmer cool..it was cold and worst part was this last meal was a replacement for the last meal being uneatable…it’s such a shame this use to be a good enough for a decent burger.but I will pay a dollar more and eat at Freddy’s they are way better

My wife and I finally stopped by Culver’s since we were in the area this weekend. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. She had the spicy chicken sandwich which she said was very good, and I had the sour dough burger which I also liked. For dessert we tried the lemon cookie crumb frozen custard, which also was delicious. The location was very nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly, I would definitely go back if I was in the area. It reminds me of Freddy’s, except much cleaner/nicer and with an expanded menu, and the food also was less greasy. Definitely give it a try if you are in the area. I hope they build a location in St. Johns county.
