You order drive through and They send you curbside and forget about you. If I wanted curbside I would’ve ordered curbside Jesus. It’s not the first time they take 20 to 30 mins to get to you in curbside. Not pulling over anymore.

This young worker was working night shift brought our food to our vehicle we happen to miss our small fries to our 4 5$ meals i shouted out some medium fries for having to wait alil more didn’t think he was actually gonna do it but he did he sure made our night n enjoyed our meal even more thanks to that worker he’s the real mvp he understood the assignment ps the food is great taste very fresh my favorite place to go for some good McDonald’s ill drive from San benito haha

I went to McDonald’s this morning everybody was very polite got my order. When back today at 4:09 in the Drive-Thru put my order in didn’t get my order till 4:45 and then when he brought it was the wrong it it belong to a guy named Abel. He came out again with some other orders but didn’t have mine so I decided to go in. So I went to go inside to see about my order and waited till someone one to acknowledged me that didn’t happen, so I call for somebody to help me. I handed him my ticket handed he gave me a bag with two fries. And I looked at him and said look at my ticket look at the bag. I didn’t order 2 fries
I ordered a quarter pounder the fries the coke had apple pie and the holiday pie but it came out to $11.68. So he goes to get me what I ordered. The young man that went outside with orders came back inside and had me my order. I didn’t bother to look inside I was so tired because I had been at the hospital all day with my husband. The fries are terrible look like they were cooked twice the ice and the coke had melted. I understand you get busy and you have young people working which is good they need a job. But all of this could be handled by your management. Although one day he did tell one of the boys if you can’t deliver the orders correctly, I will take it out of your pay. That is not the kind of stuff that customer should hear. Not sure that I want to go back to that McDonald’s. And it just so happens that the only Burger I like is a McDonald’s burger.

I ordered my through DoorDash and my Big Breakfast with Pancakes arrived on time but the issue is not the the order. What was missing was a straw, napkins, and a package or two of ketchup and another unusual thing was the cutlery package had a broken spoon in the package. Fork, knife and spoon handle without the cup part.This has happened more than one and that’s part of the experience of a good meal be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

If I can 0 stars I would. My order number YF34-IE03GV was ready but when I inputted the curbside number 5 it didnt go through so I went inside to simply let the staff inside know of the situation. Manager Ian came to me and said they dont have my order and my refund would return to cashapp in 1-2 days but I never got an email confirming the cancellation which usually happens. I was explaining my situation and he kept interrupting , walking away while I was asking for more information and not taking into consideration my situation. I asked if he could sign something confirming I will get a refund but he refused and still continued to walk away denying to provide his name or signature, he finally tore a piece of paper and wrote his name. I asked multiple times if I can speak with another manager he said there is no other manager. But then later said the manager making the orders named America wasnt on the clock and couldnt help us until 12am. We asked another employee if there was another manager other than Ian on the clock he said yes and pointed to America. I asked Ian why America was making orders if shes not on the clock , time goes by and America comes to me very confrontational and non professional after many attempts of me trying to talk to her but shes very aggressive and isnt trying to hear what I have to say. Im explaining to her the situation and she starts telling me the same thing Ian says about not having my order, Ill get a refund, and she has no control over the app. My concern is how do I know I will get a refund if she has no control over the app. She yells at me very aggressively to call the cops or call corporate and does not try to assist me any further and walks away. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and the treatment I endured during the visit I took to your establishment. It was very disheartening to be spoken to as such and I sincerely hope that disciplinary actions are taken place and I expect my refund as promised by Ian and America.

Deserves NEGATIVE stars. Worst McDonalds Ever! Shift manager was working hard at the drive through window, but let all his staff go home WHILE there was a huge line around the building and into the street. I watched 5 employees leave while I was in line. I waited 30 min in the drive through for cold food. When I expressed my displeasure he reported me to my superiors at my job, lying about what I said, and jeopardizing my employment, simply because he couldn’t handle constructive criticism and obviously should not be in charge of anything. I will never do business with this store again, and I will tell everyone I come across how terrible the service was, how badly I was treated, and how the shift manager lied in an attempt to get me fired from my own job, a job which I perform to a standard he can not fathom.

We placed a mobile pickup order and waited over an hour for them to bring us our food. They forgot to bring drinks the first time and we had to wait even longer for them to bring our drinks. Other cars were waiting just as long as not longer than us.

Went to drive through to make it quicker that did not happen, has here for 1hr, they brought out our food and we were missing so much. Alot of angry customers missing food, the employees there did not give 2 craps, cook and the girls working there did not do there job and did not get nothing right. Only employee was trying was a young guy that did the inside register and was delivering food outside was trying his hardest. Other than that everyone was crap.
