For the most part the food was good, we came just for soup and salad. We were a little disappointed in the Clam Chowder soup, it was bland and didn’t have hardly any clam pieces. We did not bring this to the waitress as it only came up in conversation after we left the restaurant. The service we had was exemplary, Tiffany was such an awesome waitress, very attentive, quick with refills when needed on both our beverages and the biscuits and she was super pleasant.

Tacoiya was the best waitress we’ve had in a very long time. She was considerate, attentive, and fast getting our requests. She even got my son’s walker from the corner for him when we were done without us asking first. Definitely made our experience today a pleasure. The food was very good, steak cooked exactly as requested (medium rare- more on rare side) and the Brussel sprouts were fantastic.

We ordered crab legs, main lobster tail, steak, shrimp scampi, shrimp cocktail, breaded shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, asparagus, seasoned broccoli, hush puppies, salmon and mango margaritas. All cooked to perfection! Staff was attentive and polite, absolutely delicious!

We came here for lobster fest, but we got Laviticus! Wonderful server. Knowledgeable about both the drinks and the menu. Excellent Personality. Very tolerant of old people. If you’re coming here, be sure to ask for a Laviticus!

Well Red Lobster is back and its doing pretty well for themselves. Under new management may have turned some things around. If you’ve had experience in the past give it another try. Food was friend, service was friendly, though lingering. Its definitely on my to do list to go again.

Went on a Tuesday around 5pm for the $20 crab legs special. Wasn’t packed and the interior was clean. I was seated immediately and had a great server. She was attentive even while waiting on a few different tables. I tried a few things on the menu that peaked my interest. The crab legs were on the smaller side but tasty. Biscuits were amazing also opted for the Caesar salad and lobster dip with chips. Everything was super tasty! My least favorite thing was the lobster punch probably because I don’t like super sweet beverages. All in all I will visit again. Paid around $50 bucks for everything pictured.

Went there right after lunch but before dinner. Hadn’t gotten crowded yet, so many tables were open. Service was nice and our food was very good. The specials were the crab plates that day. Very tasty! The drinks were great too!

Had a great birthday dinner at the Mt Pleasant Red Lobster! Our server Tacoiya was awesome and really contributed to an excellent experience with fun banter and was also very attentive to anything we needed. She suggested helpful things like a pitcher of water for multiple water drinkers at our table. She made sure our birthday boy felt celebrated with ice cream and a card! Staff also let our kids pet a lobster on the way out and had lots of cool lobster facts to share! Definitely recommend visiting this restaurant!

The past few visits my husband and I have made to the Racine location left much to be desired . Sequoia changed that tonight, her service was beyond above par. There was a party of 30 that called same day and she also had a few other tables and she was attentive, personable, and always on top of refills. The chain has also greatly increased their food quality and the pricing is now in line with the overall experience. We almost didn’t try again tonight but I am so glad we did.

I ordered delivery and all of the shellfish is spoiled . It’s disgusting ! it was moldy, discolored, slimy, and it stank. The manager told me this was normal smh I will be reporting them to DATCP and the health department .
