This past weekend my family and I went to the Outback in Viera. It was our first time at this location and we were looking forward to it! We got there and they had a 10 minute wait to be seated. This was fine, it was a Saturday night and they were busy, so we didn’t mind the wait. Once we got seated we waited 15 minutes for our waiter or waitress to offer us drinks. I had to go to the hostess to remind them we were sitting there. They had forgotten about us. The waitress, Alice came to our rescue and took our drink order and we went ahead and ordered dinner one time. She offered for the inconvenience of waiting 2 free appetizers. So we said sure. The meal was great and super delicious and Alice took good care of us. When it was time for our bill, we were charged the 2 free appetizers. Not what we were expecting. It was a good outing and a nice restaurant just a little disappointed. Probably not going to go back. Good food like I said and Alice was a great server but the overall experience wasn’t excellent which I really was hoping would have been.

This location was awesome. Got a great experience. A little busy so service was as expected. Our server was great! I forgot her name but I got a picture of her in passing! They have this $14.99 deal get a salad or soup, an entree, and a dessert you can of course still get your bread
we tried the artichoke dip it was a little too hot i assume it was a little thin after a while it thickened up. And the bread was kinda not warm but it was oldie crusty kinda feeling. But still good. Obviously by picture I got the coconut shrimp on my $14.99 meal and Jim got one of the steaks I think on the $17.99 option it was 8 oz sirloin which he devoured. We upgraded our desserts but still haven’t eaten em cuz we are still sooo stuffed!!I have 3 shrimp left and lots of mashed potatoes. And I got a loaf of bread to go home with very nice place! The non alcoholic athletic IPA is $6.92 a piece! Ouchie Wawa!

This outback is just horrible! I ordered delivery and my salad was all brown and slimy; I tried one bite and had to throw it in the garage…it was clearly old spoiled lettuce they pawn off on delivery orders. The steak was so fatty that my knive couldn’t even cut through it. Entire meal ended up in the garbage. Total waste of money; I really don’t understand how this place is even still in business.

I had the grilled shrimp and they were very good. Our server Crystal was the best. She was friendly, efficient and there when you needed her but never hovered and always smiling.

If you were looking for an awesome steak, this is the place! I like to get my steak with no seasoning so I can taste the steak. No seasoning on their steak was great. Jada our server was so sweet and super professional. My husband and I eat out a lot so we’ve met a lot of servers in our day, but she was definitely top-notch. Friendly constantly making sure our drinks were Filled. Offered suggestions and comments on menu items and made us feel extremely welcome

The service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff making sure everything was just right. The appetizers were delicious, and the Alice Springs Chicken was absolutely tasty and packed with flavor! The mix of grilled chicken, honey mustard, crispy bacon, sautéed mushrooms, and melted cheese made for a perfect bite every time.

Excellent wedge salad with ribeye steak! Well worth it all. The manager took care of a couple of questions that we had, and we left satisfied. Will definitely go back.

Oh My Lanta! This has to be the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. I ordered the Ribeye (medium rare) and chicken combo. It came to the table rare. Alice our server was triple sat and was in the weeds and didn’t get back to us until my husband was almost done and I ate most of the chicken. His Sirloin and my chicken were fine. I told Alice that since we were ready to go that I didn’t want a new Ribeye or anything else. She said she’d take the Ribeye off of the bill. Perfect. What transpired next is why we will never return. I noticed that they took the Ribeye off of the check but charged us $5 for the side salad. So, it was $19.99 for a 5 oz chicken & 2 sides. The manager, Kira came over and said she charged the lunch price but it only comes with 1 side. To say that she was aggressive and condescending is an understatement. Her tone was shocking. I am a manager for a major company and would NEVER speak to any guest the way she spoke to me. Nor would any of my staff or they would find themselves unemployed. I am still shocked at the way we were treated in a restaurant where a managers position is also about customer service. I’ve written several good reviews in my lifetime. This is the 1st time I felt compelled to state just how badly things went.
