Our waitress was the best part of our meal. . She was fun, kind, knowledgeable…the kind of person who should be working in customer service. That is very hard to find today. Our food was also good. I had the club and fries. My husband had an omelette, hashbrowns and pancakes. All of the food was very fresh. We also had the strawberry rhubarb pie for my birthday. Also good.

My husband and I stopped for breakfast this morning and it was extremely good. I was also very very happy and appreciative to see that the staff cleaned the high chairs and wrapped them with saran wrap once done to keep them clean for the next family. I wish all restaurants did this. Food was great as well. 10 out of 10

We ordered a to go order. We had an issue with a part of it and called in. My husband spoke with the manager on duty about it. She was extremely professional and apologized and they ended up refunding us for the issue. We’ve gone here for years and years and we love village in and I am appreciative of the managers understanding and professionalism.

I ordered the special crepe egg and sausage for what I thought was $6.00 when the bill came it was $13.00. The waitress had given me the combo which I found out when I questioned the bill. The combo consisted of 2 crepes, hasbrowns and bacon. I didn’t realize it wasn’t what I ordered. When I said something to the waitress SARAH she abruptly scraped the one crepe and hash browns onto another dish and took them away. Then came back and asked rudely what I did with the 2 slices of bacon. Unfortunately I had already eaten them she then proceeded to tell me she was charging me for the bacon. I was not trying to get something for nothing, she didn’t gave me the combo and not what I ordered. Having her scrape food off my plate was very unprofessional. I was glad to see other patrons agreed with how rude she conducted herself.

I ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of eggs over easy and hash browns to go, and it was absolutely perfect! The biscuits were fluffy, the gravy was rich and flavorful, and everything was still hot and fresh when I got home. The eggs were cooked just right, and the hash browns had the perfect crisp. You can tell they put care into their food, even for takeout orders. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back for more!

Very pleased with our experience at Village Inn. We ordered the top sirloin which was delicious! One of my littles had the funny face plate – includes eggs, choice of meat, & pancakes! My son LOVED IT! My oldest had the crispy chicken tenders & he most definitely approved of them. I had the spinach & bacon omelette – it was very savory.
If you choose to stop here, please try their strawberry milkshake. I must say it is one of the best I’ve ever had. I must also give credit to our waitress, Nancy. She was very knowledgeable & courteous. Village Inn will be having us back!

Everything that could go wrong went wrong. From getting our order wrong to having to get our sons meal free since we came on a Kids Eats Free Night on a Monday and Tuesday. We explicitly asked the waiter for clarification about the details of how to get our sons free meal. He said as long as there was one paying adult, the kids meal is free. However, the supervisor gave us a difficult time about it because our son didn’t order from the kids meal. It’s not our fault we were misinformed! Secondly, I ordered my skillet without cheese.

The grilled tilapia with rice pilaf was great. We’ve been eating here since it opened and have never encountered any problems with the service here. The servers have always been courteous. The quantity to price ratio has been good, most of the time we would take out the leftovers. Overall, this place is worth revisiting as it always has been in the past. Don’t forget free pie Wednesday’s!!!

Our waiter Paul was excellent. He moved quickly and was so polite and attentive. We didn’t have to ask for anything, he was spot on and the restaurant was busy with pie night. We will definitely be back and hopefully have Paul as our waiter again.
