We had a wonderful dinner . We had the 2 for $25 meal deal. We started with Onion rings, & Crispy wanton tacos. I had the Oriental chicken salad. She had the Chicken Parmesan. With Sweet Ice Teas to wash it down. A great way to end our day. Our favorite place ❤️ to eat. Kristine was our server tonight.

Let me start off by saying, I like eating at Applebee’s, and I prefer the Valrico store over the others around. After saying that, I took my mother for lunch today. We ordered our food, and we got it in a timely manner. We both ordered the won ton tacos and PR&BR dip. As I was eating the rest of my coleslaw, I bit down on a piece of glass. I spit out my food & the glass and told my waitress Julia A. She went and got the manager Gretchen Busweiler. I told her what had happened, then my mom noticed the bowl was broken. The manager had the nerve to ask me if ” I did that.” She then automatically took the bowl and piece of glass back towards the kitchen, and came back to write my information down. I asked her where did the bowl and glass go so I could take a picture of it. She then said “I threw it in the trash” Is that standard procedure? I was still in disbelief of what just happened.
Like I would chew on the bowl or something. The fork couldn’t done it. I couldn’t believe how she responded to the situation. I took pictures of the cameras around my area, so if you need to look to see if I did it. She kept going back and forth to the back, then she finally came back out with the bowl and piece of glass that I bit into. Funny my coleslaw was still in it, she didn’t throw it away. She lied straight to my face. I paid my bill and tipped the waitress even though this happened.
Now I have to go see my dentist because my tooth is hurting and maybe chipped. That consist of me taking off work loosing a days pay, along with whatever they have to do with my tooth. Your manager needs more classes on management, on compassion and amongst other things. So I don’t know what to do yet.

the food delivery from uber eats was good, but when i ordered a half gallon of soda in a sealed pouch, they put it in four cups with ice. i ordered it like that so i could have it next day with my leftovers. the cups aren’t airtight, so this is useless to me. please orders the 1/2 gallon bags. i assume that is why it was not given to me, because none were on hand. this has happened twice in the last month.

Absolutely terrible experience, as soon as my wife and I walked in the atmosphere was terrible the attitudes from the employees set an invisible stench of foulless. We ordered a 2 for 25 take out and it was towards the end of the night, but every employee was awful no help they immediately gave us attitude, they had thr carry out door locked and it was raining so my wife and I had to walk around the whole building. The list goes on and on. Food said it was ready but we ended up waiting another 15 mins atleast for 2 items. Eventually one waiter did come over and apologize and offered us a to go drink while we waited but by thay point no apologies or free stuff would make up for the sour taste we got in our mouths. I wont be coming back her and I would advise against as well

Took the wife out on a “date” to my neighbor AppleBee’s after she flew back in town from a business trip.
We got the 2 for 25 deal.
Chips a dip for the appetizer.
The wife got the bourbon, shrimp and chicken, I got the grilled cheese cheeseburger!
Both freaking delicious!
Our waitress “Addie” was awesome!
She kept our drinks flowing without having to ask. Very polite too!
The Food came to the table quick!
like Addie knew we were coming and knew what we would be ordering…lol
Very impressive.
She needs a raise or promotion.
The atmosphere was very “chill”!
A lot of people at the bar but it wasn’t loud at all.
Very mature crowd!
The only thing I could complain about is that the booths aren’t “fat people” friendly…
But that sounds more like a “me” problem!..lol
I think all the “pleasantly plumped” people would agree with me.
Just a little more space in the booths would be greatly appreciated!
Dinner for 2 for under 50 bucks was definitely money well spent!
Gonna try that southwest chicken salad next time I go!

Applebee’s is really stepping up their game these days! I didn’t expect much from them, but I was amazed at the service here. Our waiter was quick, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. Even the manager came and asked us how we were doing. The atmosphere is a little claustrophobic, but there’s decorations from local sports events in Brandon & Tampa.
The food here wasn’t that special, but it didn’t disappoint! You expect how the food would taste, but it hits you in a good way. The chips and queso were just alright, but the quesadilla burger was amazing! It was very juicy. The chicken sandwich was also great as well as the salad. Overall, I was impressed. Would recommend coming here if you want something cheap!

The servers took for ever to even get to tables. There were only 5 tables with guest sitting at them. Our waitress took about 10 min to come to the table to get our drink order. Another waitress took about the same amount of time with a different guest. When Shawn was a server there it was always good service, not so now. Not sure we will be going back to the valrico location.

I had a nice experience here. Our waitress, Haley G. Was very attentive, cheerful, and kind. The kitchen had our food ready promptly and it was hot and fresh. Overall, this location gave me the best Applebee’s experience. Thanks to all the team members that helped make that happen!

David was our server and i must say he MADE the experience. We had a large party of 20+ for a birthday celebration and most of us were deinking (even loud) and david ensured a smooth, quick and polite experience, eith every new sudden order and request he maintained an extremely proffesional and kind face and even ensured that my 1 year old son was the first to be served with juic and food to make my experience more comfortable while we waited for things to start rolling,
