I came here on that Monday after the first snow storm scare we had and was happy to see they were open. I ordered a large impossible meal with a side off mozzarella fries and a chocolate pie. Everything was hot and fresh. Worker were friendly and efficient. Nice older lady at the counter with red hair and a nice young lady with a short fro. I didnt get there names but they were pleasant.

Came here to order 8 piece nuggets she said they only have 16 piece nuggets with a nasty attitude. I said so how’s there’s no 8 piece she started yelling at me . This lady is always rude and have a nasty attitude. I don’t and wouldn’t trust her with food. Very unprofessional. If you don’t want to work why come ? 2 months ago Ive ordered 3, 8 piece nuggets and an a whopper she tried to charge me for the sauce . After we exchanged words she literally took the bun in her hand and went in back of store with it, who knows what she could have done.. I had to ask the elder lady at register to just give me a refund and left. Sadly come here all the time

I just worked a 13-hour shift and stopped at this Burger King on Memorial Drive, expecting the bare minimum—respect and the food I paid for. Instead, I was met with a manager named Joann who flat-out refused to give me my order even after I showed her the receipt. The receipt doesn’t even show a name, yet she insisted she needed one. What’s next—showing a driver’s license just to get a Croissan’wich?
Her tone was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. The way she spoke wasn’t about solving a problem—it was about flexing authority she didn’t need to. After grinding all day, the last thing anyone deserves is to be treated like they’re trying to scam the system when they’ve already paid.
Here’s the truth: customer service is about care, not control. If a manager can’t show basic courtesy, they shouldn’t be in that position. Joann’s attitude wasn’t just unprofessional—it was the kind of “Karen” energy that drives people away from a business for good.
If you value your time, money, and dignity, think twice before coming here. A restaurant is only as good as the people running it, and right now, this location is being dragged down by someone who clearly doesn’t care about customers.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Burger King on Memorial Drive (Store #2544). The young lady at the counter was extremely unprofessional and displayed poor customer service. She was rude and dismissive. On top of that, the employees working in the back had their pants sagging, which made the whole environment feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. Definitely not the kind of service or atmosphere you’d expect when visiting a restaurant.

Jade is here working the drive thru each time I have come and she is always so polite and has great customer service (from the intercom until you leave the window). The time you wait for your food is the only reason this review didn’t get a 5 star.

This Burger King is just average in almost every way. The staff are polite, and the service is okay, but the food quality and overall experience don’t stand out at all. It’s fine for a quick meal if you’re in a pinch, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

Went through the drive-thru, and after my order was taken, I was told to park out front. ️ Several cars were parked, waiting on their food. I just assumed my food would be hot. It was not hot.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location today. I had just gotten off an overnight shift, ordered my food, and simply wanted to sit down, eat, and charge my phone while I relaxed for a moment. Instead, the manager on duty, Joanne (red hair), was extremely rude and dismissive toward me.
Even though I paid for my meal, she kept rushing me to eat and leave, speaking to me in a nasty and unprofessional tone. She also told me I couldn’t charge my phone while I ate, yet there were at least three other people sitting there without buying anything and she said nothing to them.
Her attitude made me feel targeted and unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect, not hostility. This experience was upsetting and completely unnecessary. I hope this location addresses how customers are spoken to and treated, because no one deserves to be rushed or disrespected while simply trying to enjoy their meal.

Three drive through person didn’t get my complete order. I paid for my food and was told to pull around and someone will bring my food out. My burger & fries were cold. I am not happy about that. I enjoy Burger King but this location was disappointing
