The food here is delicious but the curbside service is awful. We have waited 30+ minutes for every order. On Friday and Saturday nights, restaurant goers park in the curbside spots, which are not lit up and difficult to see and it makes picking up actual curbside orders difficult. On our most recent visit, we were parked in a curbside spot and waited 25 minutes. We finally went inside to inquire and our food was sitting on the counter. The woman working in the to-go section told us she decided she was no longer going outside because people were parking in areas they weren’t supposed to be and was just going to wait until the customers came inside. There was no notice to customers so we were just sitting outside waiting. This is horrible customer service! The system needs to be updated as the orders are never ready when they are supposed to be. The parking system does not seem to work for this restaurant and it would be more efficient if they let customers pick up their orders in the drive-thru and park in the spots if more time is needed.

Edit: upon closer inspection of the burnt egg roll it appears to have some sort of slimy mold like residue
Ordered through the curbside today and when I got home I found my egg rolls to be burnt and no sauce. I called up to complain and the manager refused to speak to me. Only allowing one of the girls working curbside to speak to me. She offered me to drive back and correct the mistake but that’s a 30 minute drive one way. I’m not spending an hour to get sauce and correct my egg rolls. My food will be cold once I get back.
There only solution was to give me a free desert. Barbecue isn’t really enjoyable when it’s dry without sauce. So safe to say this meal is a waste.
It’s extremely disappointing when a manager refuses to even speak to a customer over the phone. 100% a grade A coward. They know they have poor service and doesn’t want to discuss it.

me and my husband ate here recently and had a wonderful experience! april was our server and she was phenomenal. extremely kind and helpful. i forgot the name of my husbands dish but i got the st. louis ribs and it was delicious! my husband also enjoyed his meal. we will be coming back soon!

Bought 2lb St Louis spare ribs, normally i dont do this but i weighted the ribs. It came up to 1.63lb instead of the 2lb i order. call the restaurant and they say come back and they will give me 3 extra ribs. Got to the restaurant and manger say they weight the ribs on their scale and she say it was correct to 2lb. I ask her to weight it again, she came back with 1.6lb same as my home scale. Manager said they will have to recalibrate our scale. There was nothing wrong with the restaurant scale, they just needs to honest with the customer. i have to say the manager did the right thing by say they were wrong and give me 4 addition ribs to make it 2lb that i order. the larger was the original 1.6lb, the smaller container is the additional ribs they gave me.

Sonny’s is one of our favorite BBQ restaurants. This location is clean, spacious, family friendly. The food is delicious. Melissa has been our waitress and she remembers who we are even if we aren’t seated with her. She always greets us with kindness, a smile, and great service. Definitely recommend.

When you can test the love and effort they put in every meal that they make, I can say without any doubt, that is the place to be. The beef,the sauce, I can’t get enough . Love it. Service is always excellent. The atmosphere makes you feel at home .

Sonny’s is wonderful. The best BBQ around and the food is consistently great!!!! I’ve been patronizing this specific restaurant for years! The wait staff is great, Management always keeping things running smooth and the Chefs are always making sure the food is perfect!! Thank you for all you do Sonny’s!
