This Buffalo Wild Wings in High Point, NC is awful!!!
We did a mobile to-go order at around 6:50pm. The order status said it would be ready at 7:10. We arrived to pick up the order at 7:15pm and were told it wasn’t ready because they were waiting on the queso. The bag that they ultimately handed over at 7:31 had been sitting there since we arrived. They added a seperate bag with the queso.
A check over the bag contents in the car revealed that the bag was missing our ranch, carrots, beer cheese & honey mustard sauce for pretzel bites.
My husband went back inside to request the missing items. The employee instead of apologizing and trying to make it right argued with him and said ” they’re in the bag”, which we had already looked through and they weren’t.
After a huge amount of attitude and no apology they gave him a bag of five baby carrots (LOL), and the sauce cups about 25% full.
When we got home all of the wings and even the queso we were “waiting on” were ice cold. You can get chicken nuggets at McDonalds or Wendy’s bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings’ boneless wings. $10 for five pretzel bites is ridiculous.
The food and service here used to be so good. Its now garbage.
I would like to speak to management to adjust the tip I left prior to receiving the terrible service down to 0%.

This was easily the most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I called this location TWICE specifically to confirm they were showing the UFC fight. Both times, they assured me they had it. I showed up and waited an entire hour just to get a seat, only to be told once I sat down that they didn’t actually have the fight. So, after two confirmations and a 60 minute wait, they essentially admitted they lied just to get me in the door. When I called out the manager on this bait-and-switch, they had the nerve to ‘offer’ taking a $47 tab down to $40. They think an hour of my time and being lied to twice is worth seven bucks? Absolute joke. I didn’t give them a cent I stood up and walked out. If you value your time or your sanity, stay far away from this place. Management is incompetent and the service is built on lies.

Food was sooo good worth every penny, just ask for plastic utensils because this was the state of our forks when given to us. Didn’t touch or use them at all. Definitely would’ve been a higher rating if they actually tried to clean them.

I ordered a 20-piece traditional wings split between Honey BBQ and Teriyaki, with a side of regular fries and some carrots. My total came out to about $33. The wings were flavorful, and everything was served hot and fresh. The highlight was the kind and attentive waitress I had on Saturday evening—great service all around. I also included pictures of the updated menu with prices for anyone curious. Definitely a solid visit!

The only time I come to Buffalo wild wings is for the unlimited all you can eat wings deal. I think the quality of the wings here are pretty good! Flavors like Asian Zing, Buffalo Bleu, BBQ ranch and lemon pepper are pretty tasty. Some flavors, such as Thai curry, are hit or miss. However, the quality for the most part is pretty consistent. The service is also pretty good and timely. The atmosphere is just what you want from a sports bar. Not a bad place to go to have some wings, watch the game and chill.

I went 9-9-25 and our waiter Zach he was HORRIBLE he was so rude, my grandmother tried to order something at the beginning and he cut her off and said “I’m only taking drinks”. And when he came back he slammed the drinks on the table. started to rush my grandparents on their order then I asked him what’s his problem then he smiled and rolled his eyes at me, so i started righting the review in his face then he tried to act nice but I can tell he still had an attitude towards us but i don’t know why it’s sad. I added his picture so hopefully they fire him.

(Food) I expected for my food to be hot and fresh but it wasnt (after waiting an additional 10 minutes past expected time). When I questioned my food I was told that the steak looks crispy like that and she walked away. I really wanted my money back bc I could’ve gotten better food at a fast food restaurant for less.

I can’t understand why the workers are so rude and mean. Ordered takeout the server didn’t greet or even say thank you.(1/17/26) In fact she acted like it was a bother that I ordered food. Then the previous day I sat down with family and sever was the same dry and acted like it was a hassle of being there. Food was cooked good no issues with that but the wait staff seriously needs some training in hospitality!!! Will not be back to be treated like a problem for being hungry.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I waited an entire hour just for fries and a cookie skillet, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was double-charged for food I didn’t even eat. When I paid, the server assumed 24 cents was his tip and didn’t give me my correct change back. He was dancing instead of attending to his tables and was mumbling so much that I could barely understand what he was saying half the time. Overall, the service was unprofessional and frustrating.
