The crew today especially the black dude in the counter was very helpful, he has excellent customer service rating in my opinion. I am not sure but I think he is supervisor but he is working hands-on. I will definitely be back, i am from STL but I frequently go road trippin west 44 along this mcdonalds store near six flags.

Ordered a deluxe combo large with extra tomato and no onion. They put the wrong patty on it, no extra tomato, and there was onion. Also my drink had no ice. I’m glad it wasn’t crammed like normal, but some ice would be nice for my room temp lemonade. I got it fast at least. OH and I almost forgot that I got a monopoly piece on my fries, but nothing on my drink. I know it’s a scam like last time. But I’d like to imagine I’d win something.

We LOVED it! The food was amazing, loved those Hotcakes. We went through the drive through and the person who was there was very friendly with extreme kindness. The atmosphere was also friendly. Great coffee. Wonderful breakfast sandwich. Very complicated order but they got the order exactly right! We’ll be coming back if we are in the area.

Went to use the bathroom, it was completely out of toilet paper. There was trash all over the floor. Bandaid, tampons, etc. So I went to tell the staff, but there was no one to be found. Waited for a while and still no one came up front.

I sat in drive thru line for 5 minutes while the operator took 3 orders and ignored me, even while I asked hello to see if the speaker was out. I drove around get in line for the first speaker. As soon as I get there, im told to hold on. Then she takes the person as the second speaker, oh wow it works now. Then I sit there for another 2 minutes. I saw hello 4 times. No response. I drive up to the window. The person behind me gets their order put in immediately. The woman at window says, “I told everyone to hold on and you drove around and got back in line” I told her she took several people before me while I was in the second line, and then ignored me in the firsr. She claims she didn’t while looking at me irritated. I drive off as she really just wants to lie to my face. And act like I was being impatient. Not a single other driver waited in line for more than 30 seconds. I was there a total of at least 10 minutes. Honestly, I think its because im black because I have literally no other reason why that would happen. I should have gotten her name. Short petite older white lady.

If I could give zero stars, I would I come through here for breakfast quite often and every time even though the line is empty it takes almost 20 minutes to get my food. My food is typically always wrong and if not that it’s hard my biscuits are either hard as a rock or the tortilla to the burrito that I get the food that we got today my burrito was turned inside out, not wrapped properly. The biscuits were rock hard to the biscuits and gravy and not only that but we sat there and waited for about 10 minutes in an empty line for TWO things that we couldn’t even eat. Honorable mention whoever is at the window wanted to sit and have a 10 min conversation I guess I should’ve added even more time to my leaving for work than I already do and factor in the window persons need to have a conversation and make me late for work oh and just for the person to already have their food. Have them pull forward if you want to chit chat. I have a life and job too. I won’t be spending money there again until the manager fixes this place. Every single person that’s employed for me also stops here and they all have nothing good to say. I’m very disappointed.

I got a little sick. Everything was crammed in the smallest bag they had. Couldn’t even close it. Buns were smash. Like they flattened it to make everything fit. Fries not full. Nasty looking lettuce. Horrible.
