Jace was our server. Excellent service! My son is visiting on leave after long deployment. Olive Garden is a favorite of ours! Great food. Clean. Lovely atmosphere. We came w/large party. Most of us had never-ending pasta! Love this place!

I ordered a delivery order with a couple of entrees, a take & bake meal, and extra breadsticks (multiple easy meals for myself, my husband, and kiddos). What was going to be an easy delivery quickly turned into a giant mess. The first uber driver essentially took my food and cancelled themselves as my driver. I got a call from Olive Garden stating someone had taken the food, while they were confirming details, and they recommended I replace the order (while a second uber driver was already in-route) and they would refund the order. I politely declined placing a new order, acknowledged the resolution of a refund, explained that I was severely sick in bed, and would likely find something to eat at home. About ten minutes later, Susan called me back stating she had remade the order and sent it with the second Uber driver ensuring I would get my order. I obviously was shocked. I did not expect Susan to go out of her way to remedy a situation that truly wasn’t her fault. I have NEVER had a restaurant go above and beyond like Susan did today. She single-handedly changed my outlook, direction of my day, and provided me with some delicious food on a day where I feel like I got hit by a bus. Please thank her for me again. I sincerely hope she received accolades for a tremendous job. It is people like Susan that have restored my faith in humanity. Olive Garden, please treasure and take care of Susan. She is a gift to your establishment. Needlessly to say, we will definitely be back for more Olive Garden pasta and breadsticks!

I can’t remember which Olive Garden location I visited when I was in Wichita recently as I’m not from the area so I’m leaving this review on both locations.
I just wanted to give a public shoutout to the manager, Susan who was absolutely the most lovely person I have ever met at a restaurant in a very long time. She was efficient and checked on us multiple times, remedied an allergy preference with no pushback and just genuinely lit up our entire experience. I can tell you that there were others working in that restaurant that were acting unprofessionally but Susan remained steady, professional, kind and caring, understanding and delightful to speak with. So hopefully Susan gets word of this review because she deserves all the praise!!

We had such a wonderful experience at Olive Garden! Our server, Alex, was absolutely amazing — so welcoming, attentive, and kind. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we sat down and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. It’s rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do, and Alex is one of those people. Olive Garden is very lucky to have him on their team! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service and overall experience.

Everything with our experience was excellent the service was exceptional. We had the all you can eat soup and salad. Fagioli was delicious. However a server waiting on another table, was kind of annoying at times, she was at the table she was serving. Eating their food while talking and cussing. Dipping bread sticks in their food. Which I assume they new her personally because they didn’t have to pay for their meal. Other than that it was perfect. I do recommend olive Garden.

The service was great, food was good, and we left with our bellies full! Our server felt bad because our entree did not come out the same time as the other food and made sure to accommodate us for that. She spoke with the manager and offered dessert of our choice, even though we insisted it was alright. We couldn’t have asked for a better server!
Overall, a great experience with the food, wait staff, and customer service! See you guys again soon!

We started out at the one on Rock Rd. The hostess got offended because we asked for a different booth. (They sat us in the bar area). We explained that it was our 35th anniversary and would rather not be in the bar. My husband proposed to me at the one in Waco TX, so whenever we can, we celebrate at one every year. She said it would be about 15 more minutes. We waited 25, watching her seat others that came in after we requested a different table. We finally left, went to the one on Maize. After going to Maize Olive Garden, we won’t ever go back. The hostess was friendly, and even though they were extremely busy, we didn’t wait long. We had a lovely booth, in a lovely section. Our server was Keira R. She made the dinner even better, cheerful, friendly, and very good at making sure we had everything we could ask for. We will continue using the one on Maize,even though it’s 20 minutes further away. Food was great, service was great, atmosphere 100% better than the one on Rock Rd.

We were charged an extra $9 salad we never got because my husband took a bite of my salad. A BITE. I ordered the never ending soup and salad and because my husband took a bite of mine we were charged for an entire salad we did not get. I didn’t even notice until after we had already paid and tipped. I wish I never tipped. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT TAKE A BITE OF YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHERS MEAL OR YOULL BE CHARGED DOUBLE !

Food was perfect, salad was awesome as well as the breadsticks. Main course was bland, and somewhat tasteless. My table was leaning so very badly. Not the best experience, however, they still get a decent rating as these items are not the norm.
