I absolutely love this location! I’m visiting from out of state, and unfortunately I usually leave places feeling disappointed — but this time was completely different. We had such a great experience from start to finish.

Our waitress, Valeria Ramirez, gave us outstanding service. She was cordial, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She truly made our visit special.

I would definitely love to come back the next time we make another trip to New Mexico. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I was served old crab legs the flavor was bad.
The steak was so tought even tho I ordered medium rare. It was supposed to be a 7oz steak, it was not.
In an empty restaurant I was told there were no tables.
Over priced for quality of food and bland.
They need to do better with the freshness of their crab legs.
Over all the food was just not good. I wouldn’t recommend.
I was sat to the very back next to emergency exit even tho their was more seating available. I noticed that corner had all family’s with children. I don’t know what that is about.

It’s my second time coming to eat at this place. From the moment I walked in i was treated great!! the service was excellent. Our server who attended my family and I gave us recommendations about some dishes, and the food was really delicious. The staff was very kind, but especially our server Valeria Ramirez. We had a lovely meal with excellent service. The food was delicious, well prepared, and truly enjoyable from start to finish. Lawrence took great care of us and made the experience even better with his friendly, attentive, and professional service. Everything felt relaxed and welcoming, and we never felt rushed or overlooked. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend both the meal and asking for Lawrence if you can.

Five stars all the way for Roxy!
Roxy made our entire dining experience exceptional from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without ever feeling rushed or forced. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times to make sure everything was perfect. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly right, and her positive energy made the whole meal more fun. It’s rare to find service this consistently great—Roxy is a total pro and a big reason we’ll be coming back.

Our waitress, Alaya, delivered some of the best service we’ve experienced in a long time. From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. She checked on us often without ever feeling intrusive, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect.

Alaya’s knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot-on. She balanced friendliness with efficiency effortlessly, creating a warm and comfortable dining experience. It’s rare to find someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their guests.

Because of Alaya’s exceptional service, our meal went from great to unforgettable. She truly deserves recognition—we’ll definitely be returning and asking for her again!

First off, I’ll say the service was amazing! Roxy was awesome! Attentive and kind.

From there, there is one glaring issue, value for the money paid. From the stand point of someone who is familiar with restaurants that serve a seafood boil, this is by far the largest price gouge I have ever seen. In the end, my receipt exceeded $110 for a single seafood boil with crab, lobster and sausage. I can think of plenty of other restaurants that would have given me all this, and more of it, for about $70. And plenty within driving range.

I can understand the company needing pivoting to make sure they don’t lose money. But with their new offerings, they’re actively trying to make their money back off the customer and offering little of value while doing so.

In the end, find a Crackin crab and save yourself some money. Red lobster has returned to the niche category while giving you little reason to believe it belongs there.

From the moment we were seated, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at the perfect times, and explained the menu with great recommendations that did not disappoint. You can truly tell when someone takes pride in their job, and Lawerence definitely does. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. We had our Christmas party last night at Red Lobster, and from the very beginning the service was outstanding. The General Manager personally came out to introduce himself and the team who would be assisting us, which immediately set a great tone and was very impressive.

Our servers Yazmin and Valeria took our orders efficiently and checked in on us consistently throughout the evening. For a party of 35, they handled everything with ease, professionalism, and friendliness the entire time. The overall experience was excellent, and we truly felt well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making our Christmas gathering so enjoyable.
