Reviews
Management, I will not fill out an additional feedback form, so do not respond with that.
Pros: The order was taken quickly, and she was friendly. Two older cleaning ladies were enjoying each other’s company, and the place was very clean. That was such a pleasant surprise.
Cons: The order came in a to-go bag, even though we weren’t asked and were planning to stay; it wasn’t correct (the wrong fry size and drink were input into the computer); my Filet-O-Fish was shabbily pieced together with the sauce spread out and shoddy cheese (I didn’t even get a whole slice of cheese or have it centered!); and the fries were BARELY lukewarm and NOT FULL!!
Left hungry and frustrated. Yes, I could have ordered more, but why bother?! It would be missing parts and be cold… don’t go!!
Follow me @CWattsOverThere.
Edit: Responded with the survey!? No wonder your place was empty, you are a lousy manager. ☹️
It’s not just about the meal, it’s about the experience. The whole food issues can be fixed, but customer service? That leaves a lasting impression and not a good one.
Do better. Respect your customers, especially the ones who are respectful to your team and have a respectful reputation.
When I ordered/paid at the self kiosk I was prompted to take a tent number which I did. This is very common at McDonalds when you dine in. Grabbed my tent number and sat down and after 25 minutes of waiting I went up to the front to see what was going on and found my order and the food was sitting up there at the cashier front counter. An employee saw me with my tent number and hurriedly picked up the bag and said “oh are you #50?” Obviously since I was holding that number. The food was cold. If you’re not going to bring the order to the table, I have no problem with that. But reprogram your kiosk or add a sign that says the order will not be brought out to you. This whole location is a let down. If you do find yourself here and eating inside, just put on the kiosk to-go. Not inside dining. That way you can just grab your bag of food because they don’t give you a tray anyway for choosing dining in. Also, they’re not bringing it to you like the kiosk says. Like I said, I have no issue waiting at the front for it then sitting down with my hopefully hot food. But how is a customer to know that it won’t be brought to them if you won’t put up a sign? Also these McFlurrie’s were a monstrosity and completely unacceptable to be given to a customer. These were ordered when we were heading out to leave. $7.50 for slop McFlurries with more ice cream on the outside of the container than inside. Never again.
They should give out free hot chocolate and coffee.
This is ridiculous !!!!
Your food gets cold before you get it.
I asked why it was 50 degrees inside, while it was 50 degrees outside. They said the manager had it set and locked. Said it could not be adjusted. I asked why the air was on , they said they had to make the employees cool in the kitchen. So it is set and locked.
In other words, does NOT matter about customers.
So guess what mcdonalds,
WE DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU !!!!!
Edit: (6/5/2024) recurring problem is never having any onions on my burgers lol. What is the point of putting “extra onions” on them if they all look like this? At least they had pickles on them this time, i guess.
