How they just reopened and you have attitudes as if they don’t want to work. I asked for a fish sandwich and when I get home I have a fish sandwich box but in it is a spicy chicken sandwich with tater sauce on it wth. Come on McDonald’s I can’t do spicy stuff what if a person was allergic.

This location just reopened recently after a complete renovation. However the service was VERY slow. 28 min in the inside lobby for a combo meal nothing special just as it comes. Fries was less than half full sandwich was warm at best. No one greeted us and we were just a number. The food was as set in a window slot and employee was as gone. No sorry for the wait or anything. Definitely my last visit to this location others are not far away.

I honestly don’t know where to start. Every. Single. Time. They get my order wrong or I’m waiting 10+ mins at the third window for a missing item or drink. I’ve worked in fast food so I understand mistakes happen, cool I move on. But every single time is unacceptable, I can deal with the crappy morning attitudes. But it’s tiring having the wrong order every time. Tried calling the store but the phone doesn’t go through coincidently, there is always someone storming in there clearly upset about the wrong order so it’s not just me, today they gave me the completely wrong order, I wasn’t able to go back because I have work so tried calling but they hung up.

I only bought 2 small sodas and waited 22 minutes, it was not even crowded, a few people who came after me was serve and gone ,after I got somebody’s attention they told me I should of said something early now it’s too late stated their policy is after 30 min no service or refund even after you pay for it and I have the receipt. Who has ever heard of that!!!! Keep my money!!!!

First of all!!!! This place has not been open for 1yr and all I been getting is bad service with attitude on top of it. I go thru the drive thru and all they tell me is go to the second window so I wait and then boom cold fries with cold nuggets. How do you expect people to eat cold food! Nobody likes cold food unless is ice cream and then the attitude because you tell them that the food has to be re made! I’m sorry but if you don’t like people giving u attitude or being mad about there food then get the job right the first time then the customer won’t be mad or have to come inside and waste there time or mines. McDonald needs to evaluate who there hired for jobs bc lately all I been seeing is people that don’t have no customers service and attitude! Let’s be better!

DISGUSTING!!!! Do you see bacon? No that’s cause they didn’t put my bacon they just put cheese…. as for my chicken sandwich…. it is drenched in some weird sauce has like no lettuce and looks like it’s 3 days old the cheese on both of my burgers was disgusting. I paid for 4 sauces and only got 2 and the staff are so rude for no reason. This was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve had. Disgusting dining area. Management needs to step up BIG time.

Cashir only person in line 5 employees just basically staring at me waiting to order cashier Antonyah walking around doing nothing. I had no idea she was the cashier until she ask me what would I like. It would be nice to walk and get my order taken instead of all the employees standing there looking clueless. got out to my truck,burger was not hot, room temperature and they forgot to put the sauce for my nuggets in the bag so I had to walk back inside. I personally don’t blame the Employees it’s management that has failed them

I live near been excited and ready to go to the new remodel mc Donald’s that opened up today I went and I was VERY disappointed for it to be open and new and under new management?
Everything i ordered was so unsatisfying we had to eat cold nuggets, the sprite didn’t taste like soda water it was just fizzy. The burger on the bread tasted stale . The fries had no salt and where cold . I couldn’t even go back because I have a new born at home it’s to cold to come in and out the house with my son. I told my girl that we would sit inside and enjoy the food when yall opened but just going threw the drive through we where unsatisfied. I don’t know if the food we where served was the old freezer food from the closed McDonald’s but I know a new restaurant shouldn’t taste like that.
