The manager is terrible. I come every week with my 3 yo son. Sometimes it takes us a little longer to move around because well he’s 3.
Today she was calling out orders. My order was up really fast. She’s calling out my name, I say be right there. I’m walking out drinks to a table. She calls my name again and says that I need to grab my food, and that she has orders piling up ( there’s one other order up btw) I say I’m coming, I’m walking with my toddler. We take probably 3 entire minutes to get to our order.
I ask if I can have a second spoon. She tells me that she gave a spoon and fork. I say again that I would like 2 spoons. She just keeps saying how she gave me one and a fork. I finally have to break it down that my 3 yo son needs a spoon for Mac and cheese. And I need a spoon for soup.Her response is a snappy “ well I didn’t know”. It shouldn’t be this hard to get an extra utensil.
She is never in a good mood, and is always combative. I don’t know what is wrong with this woman, but she should never work with the public.

I had a bad experience with a Panera bread somewhere near Frankfort… But THIS Panera Bread… I have nothing bad to say about these people! Customer Service drive up is always on point! Today I had Carlos who was exceptional…I had another guy but didn’t get his name and some of the girls.. I ordered one of the teas but it was unsweeten and I didn’t know got suggestions to make it better and did not disappoint!

I went in today, around 11:15am with a the reprint transaction on dec 24,
when I purchase 2 gift card with the amount of 50
the customer would receive 10 dollars
I asked how will the 10 be applied, I was told it be credit just with using the customers number, honestly I can’t remember the exact words .
I didn’t catch the redeem of the nature, since I payed cash and doing this for the first time
I go in with the transaction of the gift cards purchase, the cashier stated I should of been given a gift card.
I did not receive the 10 dollar gift card.
she stated that a manger did the transaction and knows better with an unpleasant look on her face
I stated, I did not receive the 10 card
I just felt like I was trying to scam 10 dollars, instead of apologizing because I wasn’t given the 10 dollar gift card, I felt like
I was lying and that was not great customer service
I was embarrass, especially her stated like 3 times, the manager did the transaction, and she knows better, meaning I was trying to recieve another 10 dollars

Tried to order lattes but they were already out of milk by 10 am and then went to continue with my order and the person continued with please pull forward like huh im still trying to order a different drink if you guys can’t make lattes, I love Panera bread and frequent it a few times a week but I feel like the customer service has gone done hill your just an order and a number they don’t want to take the time. Every ones in a rush, idk maybe add some additional employees or do a monthly customer service training 🙂

I decided to have Panera this am and the food was awful. My ham benny croissant was cold in the middle. My steel cut oats were so dry together it reminded me of hospital oatmeal or school oats. I bet if I tried I would have been able to hold my bowl upside down and it wouldn’t have moved. The coffee was good and the front counter, the grill staff seemed like they hate their job. So disappointing.

Probably the last time we will go to Panera. Prices are up… WAY up… And quality way down. I saw the advertisement for their spicy chicken sandwich and thought it really looked and sounded good. Well mine looked nothing like the picture… The picture on the left is what it SHOULD look like. The other picture is what I received… Tiny piece of rubbery cold chicken hiding in the bun… A few drops of Buffalo sauce… Mostly mayo… And I had to search for signs of the pickle chips. If you look at their advertisement photo, the pickle chips are loaded on there. They were out of the sourdough bread for my wife’s deli turkey sandwich and what they substituted was stale bread. The bread they gave us was also hard and stale… Inside and out. The 2 stars are for the chicken and wild rice soup, which was very good. Paid over $40 for our meal for two… I expect higher quality. What a disappointment. Panera used to be great.

Love Panera. Am a drink club member so I can to stop at anyone along the way. I been to this one a few times. Easy to get to and have a back entrance off Main. Decent parking.
They seem to keep busy. Never really an issue with the food. If you ask them to add or take off something on the food they get mad. They say just this one time. Like they really going out of thier way. Wanted garlic creme sause ( yummy) on my margarita cheese pizza. The manager gave me a hard time yet it comes on the chicken pizza. They threw a fit.
Never get to really interact with staff as they are too busy. Workers breakroom is the lobby so their always hanging around together.
Place always has dirty, floors tables and dishes get stacked up. The one bench next to meet was full of trash when I got thier and 30 minutes later as I was leaving still was like that. Lots of dirt on the floors and under the tables. See pics. Place seems more like a McDonalds with service.
My favorite location is Munster. They are nice, greet you most of the time, place is most always getting cleaned, will do minor substutions on food like sauses on your pizza, food is very quick and even Ken the manger been known to say hi to the guests. Never one here asked how my food was or a hi.

I love Panera but for as much as I’m spending I should not be getting g a three inch sandwich. This looks like your side of bread provided with the soups. Like cmon 16.87 for a three inch sandwich and a lil cup of mac and cheese. I get it, it’s not exactly fast food but like this just made me mad fix this

Chicken and wild rice soup with bread , frozen caramel cold brew coffee. My girl had the grilled cheese with white cheese and tomato and basil soup with an apple and green tea to drink. All amazing plus the staff was very friendly. Excellent.
