This Chick-fil-A location is a wonderful, clean, and a friendly place to visit. My spouse and I always enjoy dining here because of the friendly atmosphere, clean seating, and great tasting food. We use their app to order our food before we arrive and sit at one of their clearly marked numbered tables. They’ve always given us wonderful customer service when they bring out our order. At times, they stop by our table and ask if we would like drink refills or to take our trash away. We appreciate how good their customer service is towards us. We practically order the same food meals when we go to this location and our food always taste great and has the Chick-fil-A quality we come to expect. Unlike some other Chick-fil-A locations I’ve visited in the DFW and Collin County areas, this location doesn’t seem to have a roaming host that, at times, can be annoying when they don’t know how to stop talking and leave you in peace. I’ve not run into this problem here at this location and hope they don’t install one.

Newly updated! Larger dinning room and great area for kids. This location is a little tight on parking but the service and cleanliness is outstanding here. Our child spilt her milk on the floor and within seconds someone noticed and had the mop ready to go along with a new milk without us even getting up from our seat. Donna was extremely kind helping us and even asked if she could give our girls stickers. She is the type of person you want working for you. Great job.

Enjoy eating here. It is always good and the kids can burn off energy on the indoor play area. Sometimes it is packed and have to sit close together but the atmosphere is always enjoyable and the kids love going. The parking lot is kinda small for longer vehicles but can park in the shopping center behind the building

I made a custom order of spicey deluxe chicken sandwiches, the staff of this location lack the ability to have any attention to detail which is just lazy. After bringing my issue to the attention of the shift manager 6pm 12/20/25 he stated that they will not claim any responsibility for an incorrect order since doordash delivered it. But common knowledge of Chick-fil-A is that only employees of the establishment can fulfill your order and place condiments with your order, because they do not have open self service stations for anything.

I come to this location very often. I would say at least once a week and I’ve never had an issue the morning crew this morning must’ve been very off because everybody had an attitude, including the manager. I came in to return a spicy chicken biscuit because it was freezer burnt and it was super tiny. The biscuit Hard as a rock when I was telling the manager about this, all she did was just stare at me. She did not say one word to me. She stared at me the whole time turnaround grabbed a new bag and just handed it to me not one word was said at all from her. This is just pitiful. Chick-fil-A is known for their great customer service Do better Because I promise you, I will not be coming here anymore.

I went inside for breakfast, was barely greeted or indicated that I could go ahead and order even though we were the only ones in line. After the order was taken we sat for 15min with no check in or acknowledgment. When I went to check on the food I was told sorry there are a lot of catering orders today. But they got the drive through orders out and the person that ordered before us got their food after 5 min. Don’t go here if you are needing to be quick and at least I saved myself from the 400 ingredients in the food.

I ordered a salad for done in. It was missing the bags of stuff that are supposed to go in it. The sofa tast d like chlorine, so I asked for a different kind and it was the same. The condiments are on the opposite side of the restaurant from where you get your food, over by the bathroom. And at 8pm th dining room was full of rowdy teenagers who ended up throwing food at each other. I expect more from Chick-fil-A

I always receive good food and good service at this location. I was there this morning and witnessed a manager, Ceecee, maintain her cool as a door dashed was extremely rude to her. She was professional the entire time. I’ll be back again, and hopefully Ceecee has a better morning tomorrow.

Got in line at 10:20 with 3 cars ahead of me, didn’t get to take my order until 10:32 and they said they don’t have any breakfast left.
Kind of crazy to have to be in a small 3 car line for 10+ minutes already, just to not get breakfast because they took forever and missed the mark by 2 minutes.
