What an experience this was, healthy fast food for once. When I went there, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was completely amazed. By the way I was treated by one of the people that work behind the counter. Her name was Lud She spoke a couple of languages and was able to help me find the right sauce for my meal. She was very friendly and helpful.

There is something about securing the bag after work and when I mean bag I mean the CAVA bag. This is my go to CAVA location. I tend to have minor issues when it comes to my order. Here and there an item may be missing like a dressing or something. That is why I always double check my order before leaving.
Typically when it comes to ordering at this location I always do the online ordering just because I want to grab and go. By the time I come to pick up my order my CAVA bag is on the counter ready to go. I also tend to do the online ordering just because I noticed how full my bowl is in comparison to ordering in person and I want my moneys worth. My go to order is the grain bowl!

The entire team working that day was exceptional—friendly, efficient, and clearly dedicated to great service. The bowl I ordered tasted incredibly fresh, with every ingredient perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The portion size was generous—so much so that I couldn’t even finish it, which is rare for me. One absolute must? Add the hummus. It was rich, smooth, and brought everything together beautifully. Highly recommend this location for both quality and experience. Thanks to Nick for the great food!

When some state its chaotic on a friday or saturday night,take their word for it. Wait line can take upwards to almost 25-30 minutes as staff moves very slow often resulting in confusion in orders or mess ups. It was no different in myself ordering as staff had almost rang my order up with another customers. The food wise was alright but nothing amazing. Definitly health conscious in mind but for $15 I would say way better options and for value

This CAVA location is nothing short of a 5 star experience! The facility is always up to par with cleanliness. The service is pretty fast so no worries if you see a line forming – that’s only because the food is that great! The food quality is always They also deliver food as well. The staff is polite and they all seem to be in great spirits providing excellent customer service! Ample parking outside is always a plus! Guys keep up the outstanding work! Your work does not go unnoticed! This location has gained a repeat customer!

I was introduced to Cava while working in NYC. I was excited to see one in my area. The first visit was great. Every visit since then has gotten progressively worst. The good note is customer service. The workers are always polite and welcoming. The young black gentleman on the register is always a pleasure. Everything outside of the service is lacking. The food always runs out. I usually go around 7pm. There is only chicken mostly. Lamb meatballs are always out. Rice is hard. Greens are wet and wilted. Sauces are always out. The juices are never full and taste watery. To go utensils always out. This location is horrible compared to what I experienced in NYC. My most recent visit I got food poisoning. I was sick for 2 days. I emailed corporate and have not received a response. I gave them an opportunity to address my concerns BEFORE I made a review. They did not which is unacceptable. I will not be visiting again and I suggest you go else where or just visit another location.
