The food is awesome! I buy prepared food and veggies here . The person (male) at the register NEVER says hello, all the time he is busy talking to coworkers and DOES NOT even say thank you. No saluda ni da las gracias el hombre en la caja registradora 🙁 .
The ladies shouting out the food numbers should say the numbers in English too. Los gringuitos no saben a aveces .

I was going to say best Mexican food I’ve ever had but it’s more than that, it’s the best food I’ve ever had, period. It was so good we came back two days in a row and I think the second day was even better than the first which seemed impossible. Not only is the food absolutely mouth watering incredible it’s also so cheap for 2025. I am only sad I didn’t know about it sooner.

9/18 back for dinner w/my friend. We both had the chicken burrito. Very good.
I forgot to ask for black beans…
Salsa bar is great!

6/8/25 finally made it here. It’s been on my list for a year or so. Heard good things about the food from my local friends. I read several reviews and decided on the steak fajitas. The meat was really good and flavorful, had the slight char on it that just kicks it up a level. The onions and peppers were great too. Comes with 6 corn tortillas. Plus refried beans and rice. Reminder to self: ask for black beans instead of refried.

My friend got a burrito (comes with rf beans and rice) she really liked it.

We got a slice of tres leches cake, it was really good and a nice size too.

Plenty of drink choices in the refrigerators. And on the store side, in the back, are the beer fridges.

Friendly ladies behind the counter.
I look forward to returning soon.

Visited this restaurant last month during lunch hours. Service was smooth and the atmosphere felt relaxed. Food tasted fresh and was served hot. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

OMG I LOVE THIS PLACE! There’s something truly special about finding a place that serves Mexican food so good it feels like home, even if you’ve never been to Mexico. From the moment you step through the door, the smell of freshly made tortillas, sizzling carne asada, and roasted chiles fills the air, promising a meal that’s as comforting as it is authentic. This place doesn’t just serve food — it serves an experience, one that celebrates flavor, culture, and community in every bite.
One of the reasons this spot stands out from all the rest is its commitment to authenticity. Too often, Mexican food gets watered down to fit generic tastes, but here, you can tell that every recipe comes from tradition. The beans are slow-cooked, not canned. The salsas are made fresh every morning, with just the right balance of heat and acidity. Even the tortillas — soft, warm, and slightly smoky from the griddle — are hand-pressed, turning a simple taco into something extraordinary. Every detail speaks to the care and passion of people who truly know and love their food.
But authenticity isn’t the only thing that makes this place the best — it’s also the creativity. The chefs here don’t just follow old recipes; they breathe new life into them. They might take a classic dish like enchiladas or mole and add their own touch, whether it’s a hint of sweetness, a homemade sauce, or a modern plating style that turns traditional comfort food into art. It’s a beautiful blend of old and new, tradition and innovation, honoring Mexican heritage while keeping the food exciting and fresh.
Another reason this place shines is the atmosphere. The staff treat you like family, greeting you with genuine warmth that makes you feel like you belong. The music, the decor, and the laughter around the tables create an energy that’s hard to find anywhere else. It’s more than just a restaurant — it’s a gathering place where people come together to celebrate life’s small joys, from a weekday lunch to a big family dinner.
Finally, what really makes the food here unforgettable is the flavor — bold, layered, and deeply satisfying. Every bite tells a story: of sun-ripened tomatoes, smoky peppers, fragrant cilantro, and the slow, loving work that goes into each dish. Whether you’re biting into a street-style taco, a plate of tamales, or a bowl of pozole, you can taste the heart and history behind it all.
In a world full of fast food and imitation flavors, this place stands out as a reminder of what real Mexican food is supposed to be: soulful, flavorful, and made with love. It’s the kind of food that lingers in your memory long after you’ve finished eating, and the kind of place you can’t wait to come back to.

We were blown away by this place, food was prepared as if it were for a family member, definitely our new Mexican food place now. Steaks had a tasty, slightly smoky taste, perfectly seared and served with delicious rice, beans and fresh salad. Flavorful, juicy chicken chimichanga and tasty pollo asado. Amazing costillas en salsa, perfectly spiced, with just the right heat level braised pork in a delicious red sauce and sweet delicious chicken enchiladas. Can’t wait to try more! Hopefully they will consider Ubereats or Doordash soon
